Absolutely gorgeous hotel, deserves the 5 stars! Make sure to ask for a view of the Petronas Towers.
Extremely comfortable beds, huge rooms, lovely bathrooms that was separated into a shower room then a room with the toilet and bath. Sink and mirrors where in the middle.

Room does not come with WIFI but you can request a Lan cable from reception or use the free WIFI in the fabulous lobby.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, always greeting you and asking how you are and if you are having a nice stay.

I'm due back in KL in January and I will definitely be staying in this hotel again.
A lady plays the Piano in the lobby daily and its very nice to listen to, she is very talented!

Room Tip: Askfor a high rooms with views of the Petronas Towers.

Impressive... Particularly when suffering from travel illness. Cannot speak more highly of the staff and their concerns; they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms spacious, spotless, and all facilities. Club lounge and service a delight. Highly recommend this hotel, and will revisit in future.

Location is excellent, rooms decent and the views the best. View of Petronas Twin Towers from the lift and the executive lounge on top floor is excellent. I was there on a full moon day and will remember the view forever.

Staff is a weak point, they can be far more friendly and courteous.

Breakfast spread is excellent in tune with the Malaysia's foodie image

Room Tip: If you the Twin towers view go for it, next is the river view, though most rooms have some view.

First of all, I must say that the hotel is decent overall. The room is very, very spacious. It was almost too big for a single occupant, but I'm not complaining about this one. There are 2 different sides of the bathroom: one for shower and the other with bathtub and toilet bowl. The toilet bowls in this hotel all come equipped with bidet function. All the amenities are inclusive: ironing board, hot water kettle, coffee and tea, hair dryer and a spacious wardrobe.

The safe box did not work, though.

I took a few days before figuring out the Internet bit. Let me explain this for future travelers: there is free wireless in public areas. But none in the rooms, because the hotel is still working to upgrade this. I was advised, after repeated questionings, to use the broadband cable in the room. But I did not find any for the first 2 days I was there. I called the Touch One hotline, and they did not deliver on their promise to deliver it. I had to personally request for it again at the Concierge before I got it. Service is rather slow.

Food in the restaurants were terrible, but as I did not have to pay for it, it's fine.

At night, I had to sleep with ear plugs because it was simply too noisy. Some people complained that they could hear and feel the trains. For me, I kept hearing other guests' voices as they walk past my room. Every night at 3.30 AM, I could hear the sound of the hotel staff putting the complimentary newspaper on my door. They truly need to work on soundproofing the rooms here.

The hotel is also aged in general.

This my 1st time staying here, we requested a room facing the the twin towers, totally worth it!! Fantastic staff - big tqs to Eva of reservation & the staff at front desk!! On holiday with my wife & kids, they loved a lot. Easy access to shopping & transport. Awesome buffet breakfast!! Will surely return! Thank you Seri Pacific KL!!

Room Tip: Choose room facing the twin tower on high floors
