This hotel is in serious need of updating as other newer properties throw into sharp relief it's age. The staff do their best to make up for this deficiency with warm and efficient service. I had a premier room giving access to the premier lounge: for $130 a night I had breakfast as well as evening cocktails and canapes. It was reasonable value.

Room tip: Premier floor, $30 or so more, is worth the extra outlay as you get evening cocktails and canapes from 5:30-7:30pm. 02 are corner rooms.

Stayed here for 9 nights on business and on the whole a good hotel , not great but good.

Staff very helpful. I had a problem and it was sorted the next day no problem so very impressed with that. Rooms Executive good size and very god bed and sleep. Excellent location right in the heart of the tourist shopping area and very near KLCC and the Towers!

Improvements could and should be made and here are my suggestions:

More soft furnishings needed in bed rooms would make rooms look a little less "cold" and more warm and human.

Executive lounge has to be re worked too small not enough informal sitting areas and the breakfast could be improved. Also cocktail hour food better and ore refined

Get a coffee machine that we can serve ourselves latte

With some small and not too expensive changes you could really get this place to work much better for you.

Would stay again as staff made it for me

The hotel is well located at the Golden Triangle, but that's all.

The welcome at the hotel during check-in was very bad (recepcionist Denny), quite arrogant. Just to start, WE arrived and said "good evening" and he replied with "passports please". We got a very bad smelly room, with dirty bathroom, sink not working, telephone also not working properly (it just work using speaker), no warm water, horrible bad, corridor of the hotel smelly....We requested a new room but we got it only on the next day. The new room was a bit better but still smelly, telephone also didn't work and bathroom very outdated.

The hotel ground floor look good but at least the rooms that we've seen...aren't worthy to spend a holiday. We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and we were very happy to leave.

Breakfast was good, but we don't like the idea to have to pay for the capuccino.

It's shame that this hotel belongs to the respecful Accor Group. This is hotel we won't return.
