“Very nice hotel close to the Petronas Towers!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 27, 2009

A very nice hotel in a good location just a few minutes walk from the Petronas Towers. Rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Our room rate included a breakfast buffet which was really really good. The swimming pool was nice with a very impressive view of the Petronas Towers.

We stayed at the Impiana for 3 nights - which were 3 nights of heaven after a long tiring day of Kuala Lumpur site seeing.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was spacious, well equipped and furnished to the highest standards - absolutely no room for criticism.

The buffet breakfast again no room for criticism - very extensive choices, western, asian eastern. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied with Impiana - excellent location, close to towers and Bingtan Walk. Lovely helpful staff. Stayed 10 days, gave free checkout at 6pm. Buffet breakfast wonderful, asian and european, delicious freshly baked bread. Recently decorated from top to bottom and it shows. Looked at others but they seemed a little tired in comparison. Fresh pillowlips each day. Great staff. Great value - I paid NZ$115 fior King deluxe including breakfast. Marble bathroom. Highly recommended for value.

i was fortunate enough to get family and friends rate through one of my friends at work. There is just one thing i have to stay, the hotel is 4star, but they provide you with 5 star service.
the breakfast is very good and the rooms were clean, spacious.
Its in one of the best locations in KL>right across the convention center.

recommend to stay in Impiana if you visit KL. Staffs are very friendly and helpful which is very important for me.:)

Stayed at the Impiana for 2 nights whilst en route to Bali.
The location was excellent, very central. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were big, airy and had evrything you could need.

Breakfast was an abundent choice of of western or eastern food. Cereals /fruit/ toast/ croissants etc.

Wished we were actually staying longer and great value for money.

Stayed in this hotel twice as part of a 2-week holiday in Malaysia, 3 nights to start with, and the last night of the trip.

First stay was with a superior double room on the back. Nice size room with usual amenities for this hotel standard, including BBC World, and a scale out of the wardrobe.

The buffet breakfast is really nice, with plenty of choice with dishes from different traditions, Indian, Malay, Japanese, Continental, so that everybody can find something to their taste.

Enjoyed a lot the Ramaddan buffet dinner while there. Saved going out again in the evening. Although if you want to eat out, the Suria KLCC shopping mall has several food courts and plenty of restaurants to please.

Welcome was a bit inconsistent: first time with a fresh towel and a drink, but nothing the second time.

Better printing out your booking to show at the reception for check in to avoid confusion.

Second time, stayed in a deluxe twin room on the front of the hotel with a great view towards KLCC and the Petronas Towers.

There is a generous desk surface in both room categories and a smart dark wooden floor.

Nice swimming pool to unwind, although a bit wierd with the hum of the city. There is no changing room but it is accessible straight from the rooms without having to go through the reception. Not too sure about the maintenance of the swimming pool, showers were broken - they wouldn't stop and the staff member was not bothered, and the quality of the water was suspicious.

Otherwise, very clean and very pleasant.

I stayed only one night in Ipiana KLCC on transit in Kuala Lumpur.

Overall, the hotel is satisfaying. Welcome at reception was professional but a little "cold" at the beginning. I booked a standard room and was offered a free upgrade to the superior room as the occupancy was low (and because the standard room are not too quiet due to bulding works...)

The room was quiet big and clean upon arrival. It is really a business set up in the room with a large desk and a real office chair with space for legs under! It has a good lightening on the desk which is absolutely not the case in most business hotel I stayed at. Something strange for a so called "Business Hotel": there is no international info TV Channel or business channel (CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg TV...)

The bathroom was nice, big enough and well furnished, including a bathtube.

The breakfast was good, enough of everything (but I took it at 7.00 am...). A lot of choice of Malaysian dishes for breakfast as well as a good range of pastries.

One thing I should say about the service is this: around 10 minutes after my arrival, knock on the door. It was a staff from Housekeeping coming to check the minibar. I told him I just arrived and he still wanted to check it. I think it is not really on the level of the hotel... He could have done it upon departure...

The location of the hotel is really nice if you are here for business purposes. Just in front of the KLCC and 5 minutes walk from Petronas Twin Towers. But if you want a little relaxation, having a drink in a bar or a meal in a restaurant, you will have to walk around 15 minutes to come to a place where you can find it.

It is definately a Business Hotel, located as it must be. But, please, provide business TV channels for your guests...
