Love it ..l would definetly go back..the view of the pool is really nice..the service is super ..i love the food..rooms are big and stylish with nice glassy shower and path..do not miss the hotel breakfast its big and delicious.simply love it

Well-connected, strategically located, with panoramic views. Great gateway to Malaysia. Would be even better after the public transport system is completed and the road congestion reduces. Excellent food, and amenities. Great service

I stayed 3D2N.. love the bathroom that I can see from my bed, it was a nice big room with a tremendously view outside. Crew at Chambers Bar were very friendly and Zeta Bar at level 5th make my trip complete, we can have a drink at this bar, the band was awesome. last thing, I enjoyed my breakfast everyday, best quality food and drink even they serves some food for kids. Definitely I would go back to Hilton.

I received a welcome amenity - food with fungus and bacteria!

How disgusting is this hotel???

When I called the duty manager, he was very sorry and went away to consult his fellow managers and advised me that he had no authority to do anything and could only organise for me to meet other hotel managers tomorrow!!!

What is there to talk about???

No empowerment to the duty manager is just typical of a hotel that has a major service culture problem.

Dear Guest,

Our Executive Chef and Director of Business Development met with you as soon as possible after you contacted our Duty Manager - this was the following morning as the senior mangers were not at the hotel at the time of your contact.

As discussed at the meeting the small glass of fresh blueberries were placed in your room on arrival and the mould appeared up to three days later (when reported to the Duty Manager). This is more than likely due to the moist/humid and warm conditions and this can unfortunately occur especially in imported berries even when freshly delivered to the hotel. We assured you of our attention to this matter and that we will cease to serve blueberries/highly perishable fruit as amenities due to the unstable nature of the product and the variable conditions in the guestroom - guest fruit amenities will also be removed from the guest room unless the room is 'do not disturb'.

Hilton Kuala Lumpur has an excellent food hygiene record and the highest standards of food handling and preparation. Never before has a situation such as this arisen and I assure you that it is an isolated incident.

At the time of your report you requested immediate on of HHonors Points due to the spoiled fruit and the Duty Manager was not in a position to offer HHonors points hence his action to advise our Executive Chef and to arrange the Chef to meet with you.

The team at Hilton Kuala Lumpur is committed to excellence in product and service and it is most unfortunate that spoiled 'welcome amenity' fruit impacted your stay with us. The team however acted swiftly to remove the berries and made every effort to meet with you, listen to your concerns and take action to ensure there is no reoccurrence.

I was very impressed with the Hilton in KL. It was situated within walking distance of the train to the airport. The pool was big and a great place to relax after a long day at work. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of things to do in the local area. The hotel is close to china town and the markets for bargain hunters. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

I stayed here almost two weeks with a break in the middle, and found the hotel and staff to be top notch. The rooms were excellent and well-kept, and while the restaurants charge normal (read 'a little high') prices, the food was varied and good quality. The executive lounge is a very nice space and the service was fine. I used the business lounge service to do some printing, and the staff and equipment were great. The KL Sentral train station is directly across the street and will get you to and from the airport on a quiet and clean train in 28 minutes for about $11. There are two levels of taxi service in KL - the blue ones that serve the hotel cab rank are nicer but cost about twice as much as the red and white ones you can catch at the station (buy a coupon inside the station that covers your trip - other than trips originating at KL Sentral, they are metered.) I had absolutely no complaints about my stays, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

As a recent visitor to KL I choose to stay at the Hilton Hotel as my previous experiences when staying with the Hilton group has always has always excellent.
My stay of 5 days was no exception.
From reception to the quality of the accommodation and the excellent restaurant food and beverage service I have nothing but praise for quality of service provided.
I upgraded to the executive lounge level and would suggest that the lounge facilities are outstanding and recommend that future guests when considering their booking requirements that the minimal extra charge is far exceeded by the extra facilities provided.
The Hotel is ideally located next to the central railway station which provides a 30min express transfer option direct to the KL airport. Saves heaps of time when considering other transfer options.
During my stay I also had the opportunity to enjoy a spa treatment which was excellent in a very relaxing environment
This hotel also has a great lagoon swimming pool with food and beverage facilities available poolside.
When travelling it is easy to be critical of the 'little thing's in hotels but when summarising my experience at this hotel I would have no hesitation in rebooking my accommodation at Hilton KL when I next travel to Malaysia.
