“A must recommend hotel”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

Called the front desk 3 days before our stay for a planned birthday surprise for my hubby. The front desk was very helpful and transferred my request to the concern department. The reservation department was very prompt in emailing me and very open in all my ideas. On the day itself the manager and the staff did a good job as well in executing the birthday surprise. They sang birthday song for my husband with a very presentable set-up of cake and sparkling juice. Everything I requested was there. Thumbs up to the team!

They also upgraded our room and gave us a double bed with a good view of petronas and KL tower. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

This is a pretty nice hotel, and a good value if you get a deal through Agoda. However, I thought that the rack rates were overpriced for the quality of this hotel. For example, the Wifi only worked about 10% of the time. The furniture, carpet, and fixtures were rather worn for a brand new hotel. Water pressure was poor. TV reception was spotty.

On the positive side, the room was very spacious and boasted a great view over the city. All the linens were of high quality and pillows were comfy. I loved the little strip behind the headboard that controlled all the lighting in the room, very convenient for lazing in bed. The in room scale for weighing bags was another nice touch for travelers who may be shopping and needing to keep aware of baggage weight limits. I didn't have much contact with staff, but they were all nice and professional.

Location wise- Be prepared to explain where this hotel is to taxi drivers. I never found anyone who was familiar with it. Otherwise, I liked the location. It's not in the thick of the tourist areas, but I enjoy that when traveling. I loved walking through the nearby night bazaar. Also, check out Yut Kee, an oldschool Kopitiam that's within walking distance of this hotel.

If the price was right I would stay here again.

Stsyed there for 3 nights and the hotel was nice but after reading the reviews I was little disapointed. There were flies in the room and the wifi was poor in our room. The air con was not good and the bed lights did not work when we arrived. They were however quick to fix the proplem with the lamps so that was good.

Nice location but it is not easy to walk in Kuala Lumpur both because of heavy traffic and polution (very bad in late June this year).

For a city trip I would reccomend this hotel because of their prices.

It doesn't looked like a hotel but just another nice looking office building surrounded by popular eateries as well as shopping bargains from side road night market to large shopping centres. You will never go hungry at night or even wee hours in he morning. There's always restaurants or streets food corners. The only set back is its in the centre of busy roads and moving about with a car would be very challenging!

First, let's get the bad points over with. The cups were stained with something that seemed like orange pulp. The water from all the taps in the bathroom was murky and it literally exploded out of the taps, not flowed, so the whole bathroom got really wet fast. (Something to do with the water pressure? They were not too sure) The main gripe was the quality of the water (the maintenance guy told us it was murky cos it was overly chlorinated)

Do not expect to find this hotel easily. You'll find the road easy enough but there was no signage. It took us 2 hours to find the hotel from the main road cos the hotel name wsas not prominently displayed anywhere except for the ground floor front wall INDOORS.

BUT everything else was great. We got a deluxe room (king bed) on the 30th floor (topmost floor). it was a corner room with two perpendicular walls in ceiling to floor glass so the view was magnificent! The room was very spacious (equivalent to the executive suites in some hotels). Everything was modern. Bathroom came with two sinks, a tub and a separate shower area and was big.

The coffee-making facilities, fridge, cupboard area was separate from the sleeping area which consisted of a spacious sitting section.

It is quite obvious that this hotel was converted from offices so don't expect a swimming pool or spa etc... The lobby is on the 25th floor. Location is central.

I would definitely recommend hotel for its price. RM530nett for 2 nights deluxe room.

Room Tip: get a corner room

We stayed for two nights, the hotel is located near three stations, all within a 5-minute walk.  Stayed as a couple, but booked a twin bed room because the only way to get a double bed was to book their nicest, most expensive executive suite room. Rooms are clean, bathroom was well equipped with a rain shower and full amenities, service was ok, could be better.  We called housekeeping a few times and once or twice our call went unanswered.  The hotel doesn't have a restaurant yet, but we didn't mind it because there is a very good local breakfast spot, a Hainanese coffeeshop called Yut Kee just a short walk away on Jln Dang Wangi that was recommended.  Only complaint is that the room comes with only 2 botles of complimentary water, if you would like more, they charge 5RM each!!  Wish I had known that, I went across the street to the convenient store very late at night to get some water.  At least the hotel is located near a 24-hr store!

Great room, clean and with a great bathroom! Hotel is located perfecly. View is somehow diappointing :) There are no big beds as there are only beds to sleep seperatly.... Hotel is located on the 25th to 30th floor of the building

Room Tip: Regural room is just good enough! But room has no view of Twintowers or KL tower
