first impression, good! the looks & other initial aspects will really impress you. but that's where the story begins. rooms are really small, i mean Really. while talking bath, water comes out & spoil the floor of the room. no balcony. even no windows to look out! there is a pool-like bathtub on the topmost floor, from where you can get a great view of the city, but the very purpose of going the pool isn't justified because they seldom change the water. there is a gym beside the pool, where 60% of the equipment don't function.room service was also a tad down, it took a bit of effort changing rooms when the AC is not working initially. But man, the breakfast is really awesome. you will surely love it! But overall, i will not recommend this one, because at the same price, you can definitely find better.

Had been booked in here for 3 nights but the first night experience was so bad we checked out. The FOH staff were all either half asleep or really did not know what they were doing. Curiously, there was no issue whatsoever with me checking out of a longer booking - the staff clearly had a lot of experience doing that!
The rooms were so over the top in Bollywood decor it was almost too busy to sleep in. I half expected a troupe of Bollywood dancers to come squealing through the door.
My (non smoking) friend's room STUNK of cigarette smoke for which the staff gave a quick spray and told him that it would be fine. Of course it was not. His windows leaked so badly after some rain that he had to use his towels to stop the water running on to his bed. He also had a dripping drain problem in two spots in the room. My room had a beautiful bath in it, but the water taps had come loose from their stand and were propped up against the wall. I would have had to have held them in place if I was going to have a bath.
There was a good spread for breakfast but the food was badly cooked, and mostly fried.
All the walls in the hotel were FILTHY. The room I must admit was clean, and this is the only point for which I can award the star.
I seriously don't know how this crew can call this a luxury hotel. There are many, many better hotels for a similar amount in KL. Stay well away from this one.

Room Tip: don't stay here!

I stayed here between 20-22/09/2013. We were provided suites on 6th & 7th floors. Both the rooms were excellent. Service was prompt & staff was helpful. Rooms have great interiors, well maintained & clean. Check in & check out was hassle free. All the attractions are at the distance of stones throw. Bukit Bintang, St Jhons cathedral, Museum Telecom, Meenara KL, Petronas tower, Masjid India, Petaling street, China town, Jamek Mosque etc all are near by & there is a free bus service called GOKL purple line bus which takes you at all this places in 5-10 mins drive. Metro station is also nearby. Veg food is available just down the street. Sravana Bhavan, Sangeetha etc good hotel. Breakfast is strict no no for vegetarians as veg & non veg food is served side by side. Many variety of non veg food but they have not taken care of the sentiments of vegetarians.

I stayed recently for 5 days with my family there.Unlike hospitality in SL,here its very poor!!!Staff is not friendly at all except for few people in the restuarent.Rooms are with dim light.Jacuzzi pool is not functioning.....(I think for a long time).Staff should learn atleast to give a smile to their guest.
Even no porter to carry baggages!!!I wont recommend this hotel!!!

Room Tip: We were given one in Korean floor,Though the rooms are small, not that bad...

Great location. My girlfren and I prefer this hotel because of the location, near to bukit bintang.
All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even show us to the nearest but stop to get a bus to the shopping mall.
We will definitely be back again!

This is an odd place. Someone went to interior design school and vomited what they had learnt all over the hotel. The 'Bollywood', 'Thailand' etc...themes just ain't happening lads!

The cleaning is very poor, our room was very dirty. Bugs.

The first room we were given had an ant trail leading from the window across the wall, behind the headboard and finally into the bed itself. We promptly changed rooms.

Our second room had an extremely loud hallway air conditioner right outside, we moved again. It was extremely loud.

Our third room had less ants, but an infestation of fruit flies (in the morning a mini graveyard of them had come into existence around the base of the toilet).

The sink and toilet had slight flooding issues.

Very bad breakfast! When coffee ran out, staff didn't make us any more! I love free hotel breakfasts but after sleeping in this grimy place I had lost my appetite.

Do not stay here!

Oh yeah, definitely some curious goings on with ladyboys/prostitutes. Also, is it appropriate for an employee to grab the maintenance guy's penis in from of us in the lift? I think not.

Front of house staff in general were very nice.

One positive, it's better than the Hotel Lok Ann!

the lights in the room is dim. staff was helpful. but they couldnt get me a water bottle at night :(
rooms are nice, location of hotel is also good. you can find restaurants both indian and non indian within the walking distance.
i dint have tym to go to gym, swimming pool and other features provided by the hotel. so cant comment on them.

i am sure, one can get a better hotel at the same price. but if not... you can go for it. i dint hve problem like flies, cleanliness foul smell and so on as mentioned by others. the stay was decent.

Room Tip: i wont advise to go for the standard room.
