The hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly and there is a lift for luggage. Computer in reception and WIFI free. Breakfast is good and very close to the metro station ( actually across the road) to take you to the landmarks. For the price you pay, well worth it.

Perhaps in the cleaning department it would be nice if they hoovered every now and then. Towels weren't always replaced but otherwise the service is impeccable. Staff always helpful and friendly. They made the place feel like home and we enjoyed our stay. It is very close to most attractions as well and would definitely stay here again

A good budget hotel from which to explore KL, but not for spending time at other than sleeping. It is on a very busy road which is noisy all night and early hours of the morning so if you are a light sleeper this may not be for you. Other than the noise, the hotel is ok. The breakfast menu is very limited and not what i would expect from a 3 star hotel. The staff are polite but overall not very helpful. No one knew where the nearest pharmacy or doctor was when my wife was ill which is a bit strange as you would expect a hotel to be prepared for guests who need medical attention.

It was wonderful to stay here .The hotel was very close to the metro station and the rooms were very tidy and clean.I stayed with my family during the month of October 2013 and our room had the view of the twin towers which was amazing. Breakfast was very tasty and they served puddings, jelly, bread, butter, milk, tea, chicken sausages, eggs, juice, chocos :D. I would like to say that i really enjoyed my stay here :) :)

Room Tip: Room with the view of the twin towers.

I typically prefer to stay at more upscale hotels but for a 2-night stay by myself, I was looking for something more along the lines of budget accommodations. The Crossroads Hotel fit the bill perfectly. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. At first, I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet but when my omelet arrived with potatoes, baked beans and sausage, I was pleasantly surprised.

The place is a little noisy - there is the street traffic and someone somewhere was yelling at 03:47 in the morning. I was just about to call the front desk when it quieted down.

There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a 7-11 just a couple of doors down. However, I had to walk almost a kilometer to find a decent cup of coffee.

My room was very small but the air conditioner worked well, the TV had a small selection of channels in English and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Needless to say, there isn't a fridge and the amenities are sparse - there wasn't even a chair in my room. Regardless, I had a pleasant enough stay for a fraction of what I often spend. If I need to go back to KL by myself again, I'll try to book a room at the Crossroads Hotel.

Room Tip: The quietest rooms have no windows.

When i booked at this hotel, i never realize due to the Muslim fasting month, the surroundings occupying by all those Muslim stall that also include the hotel car park space need to lend out though very limited parking space. It is yearly event.

Hence, no car park space available and have to park location nearby. During the night, the surroundings also very noisy and difficult to fall a sleep.

However, credits given to the room, comfort and clean which met my expectation. Location also very near to Chow Kit monorail station.

In overall, i advise those travelers do survey the surrounding (Chow Kit) before book this hotel especially during Muslim fasting month.

Room Tip: If you choose the room with window, do take note on the noise come from the street. Limited parking...

Basic hotel from the outside, but completely new or renovated inside. The room was okay, as well as the breakfast, although don't expect to get a luxurious western breakfast here. The hotel was located just a short walk from the monorail, a minus was the noise from the night market below, especially during Ramadan it's very noisy.
