great customer service. from the inquiry and booking to the dates of check-in the hotel staff have all been so assisting and efficient. the room was spacious enough for the three of us. the toilet and bath was always kept clean. great value for your money. the location is also very strategic as it is just across the chowkit monorail station, going to places is very easy and convenient.

at first when i arrived i thought it was out of the city centre, but actually since it is at the doorstep of the monorail station, everything is just moments away from the hotel, really convenient location when arriving with bags, etc! theres a couple delicious indian restaurant as you leave the monorail station, i love indian food. rooms are with fast wifi and tv and hot shower, and even though my room had no window it was perfect since i was out all day and only stayed 2 nights.
free water in the passages to refill bottles. management was really helpful with information about getting around.

We stayed there in beginning of August for 4nights and were 7people including kids. Mr Balan, the manager had help me a lot while doing the bookings. He had help me a lot and suggest me which room and the number of rooms to book. Mr Balan had also make sure that we had everything requested from the day we check-in till check-out. Family and superior Rooms are big enough, new, neat and had everything that you will need LCD, mini fridge, wifi, tea coffee facilities, hairdryer and ironing board on request. Rooms are as shown in pictures. Location wise, chowkit station is opposite few stops to bukit bintang, lots of eating area around. Yes it's was a busy and crowded when I was there due to Eid festival but it hasn't bother us at all. You may find better location in Kl city center but u will end up with expensive room, old and smelly rooms, attitude staff and unpleasant service. I've tried lots of hotel in KL, so far I can say crossroad is value for money. Me and my family will return back.

The location can be described as nothing but a dump! It's located in the Chow Kit area which is quite third world. We were given a connecting room which meant I could hear everything from the room next door which included snoring, someone eating crisps and even when I was in the bathroom I could hear footsteps and it sounded like somebody was in our room when in fact the noise was coming from the room next door! We complained about this but the staff did not seemed bothered and just ignored us and the same occurred when we made several complaints about children screaming and running around in the corridor outside our room at 3am which the staff also ignored and showed no interest or that they cared! There is no local restaurants for breakfast or lunch or dinner and its quite far from KL centre. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at and ruined my trip to Malaysia. Never returning!

Stayed here 2 nights in August. Excellent budget hotel with clean well equipped rooms. The rooms are small but have everything you need from free Wi-Fi to flat screen tv and are clean, and the hotel has helpful management to assist you. Location is excellent for getting about with Chow Kit monorail station just across the road. Lots of food stalls nearby outside. A good curry house almost next door that makes an excellent Nan bread in a stone oven in the evenings - Chicken curry, Nan bread and soft drink was only 4 RM. If you wander down the road you can indulge in some Durian eating at a small stall. Yet further down you will encounter the market, selling a good variety of fruits during the day. Follow your nose still further into the market and you will come to the wet section selling meats and fish - make sure you are wearing sound footware since it starts to get a bit yucky underfoot at this stage. This hotel is a great budget hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others,

We spent our first 3 nights in Malaysia in this hotel and liked it a lot. Our room was clean and spacious, there were a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a flatscreen TV, a hairdryer, a small table with two chairs and a comfy, but a bit short bed. The bathroom was simple, but also very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit far from the city centre, but you can easily get there in about 5 to 10 min by using the monorail, which is just across the road.
The only thing that might be a bit disturbing is the street noise. We were on the third floor but there was still a lot of noise from traffic and the market stalls in the street that could be heard.

First the staff, the boss of the hotel is great. He helped us a lot, all the info we needed. He also has a taxi driver you can trust not to be ripped off. We had problems the first night with loud guests and they changed our room no problem. Location is perfect to the monorail to get to the center and to main station for KLIA or bus to the airport also to the low cost one.
