Just returned from a 4 night stay at E&O. Very nice apartment with plenty of room. More than enough cupboard space. Large bathroom with walk in shower and sunken bath and 2 wash basins, free toiletries replenished daily. Bed was large and comfortable. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels. As with other reviews the rooms could do with a bit of an upkeep but don't let that deter you from staying. All in all a really nice and relaxing stay.

We got a 1 bedroom apartment and was pleased with it. Apartment was spacious and clean. As per others' reviews, we also find the aircon not that cold but with the ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room it was cold enough. There was coffee powder but no coffee machine (I think they forgot to put it in the room maybe), there was washing machine, dryer which was useful to us(detergent not included but you can buy for myr3 per pkt). The bathroom and bathtub felt luxurious and big. Housekeeping was alright although they maybe can be more attentive to little details like we only had 1 spoon in the kitchen, shower gel was not replenished adequately but these are all minor issues. The view was nothing great from our 4th floor (facing office buildings), but walking distance to some restaurants (secret recipe, Starbucks, subway, dominos etc). Overall it was pleasant enough stay for us.

We had a conference at the Shangri La and decided our team of 3 would stay here to have some food on hand, a bit of a retreat from the conference energy, and save some money. It was about 3 small blocks walk to the Shangri La.

We had a spacious 2 bedroom condo.

The pool area is so quiet and lovely. While we were there, there were free chair massages from 2 pm to 5 pm in the lobby. There are some nice restaurants in front of St.Mary's building which shares the complex.

The Pavillion Mall is walking distance and there's a Pharmacy and a convenience store on the way. The mall has everything from Forever 21 to Gucci and the food court is amazing for inexpensive ethnic variety.

We didn't take the Rapid KL but a station is about a block away.

The reason I marked it 4 instead of 5 is simply that the room was not in best repair and they water down their toiletries. I hate that!

+: big room, really affordable, nice pool, equipment is perfect, mattress are good, location is nice, close to two metro stations, got an upgrade for our second night which is always nice.
-: breakfast choice is not that good but it is outside of the residence so I guess that's not their fault, some tiny unpleasant things such as wrong electric plug for the TV, a water leakage in the bathroom, or a fire alarm exercise during our morning which led us to go down by the stairs which was very long, but I understand it's safety procedures.

Globaly a very nice stay, will definitely come back again!

Loved the fact that the whole compound makes me feel like I never left home. A hidden gem amidst a very busy town. Very convenient location. Good eateries very nearby and walking distance to major shopping mall.

Apartment is spacious and beautifully designed with modern furnishings. My choice of stay whenever I am in that part of the world.
