“Unfriendly staffs and poor hygiene”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

I stayed at this hotel on the 3rd July 2013 and checked out later after one day as the staff were unfriendly and have poor customer service. One front office staff (Nornee) did not even send someone to have my faulty lamp in my room fixed even after making a phone call to complain.

The worst part is the hygiene where there was even a cockroach climbing out of the electric kettle !

This hotel is highly NOT RECOMMENDED! I moved out after only 1 night stay for this reason.

Im Alvein.. I've Stayed in this Hotel for almost 4 months (from April 2013) till now coz 22/June/2013 as im setting up my new office nearby.. Services are very poor and Customer Service are rude.. Not meant for business people and the Wifi Services sucks..which made me losses lots of business outcome..as i worked from my room directly while My managers are in the office.. Spent almost 15K for the room charges n currently im staying in the hotel Primary Executive Room..which is the most expensive room available..but services equal to a low budget hotel due to the untrained staffing and very poor customer servicing.. Iron r not provided..and ironing and laundry services are provided by the hotel..for a charge of RM3.00 per shirt..which i indulge not arguing..being the hotel policy. But what shocked as all of my clothes..which was New and expensives were all spoiled and and ruined by this " CINCAI" services. Compaints made were not attended to immediately and the guest were mainly balmed for sending their clothes to them..and were asked to send their clothes outside next time..which i find a very uncivilised comments ive ever heard.. My request to get a discounted rate after staying for a minimum 2 weeks was totally ignored by the counter staff over and over..taking the guest as lightly as their working attitude. I've been staying in a Hotel for 4 years now while implementing my work and my businesses and overall i can say that this HOtel is a Big Mistake.. mainly for hiring a low mentality staffs and very2 poor services for being an Hotel. I think..they are taking advantages due to their location as being the only Available 3 star Hotel in Sri Damansara and DAmansara Damai area. Overall this hotel Sucks..and the custoemr service even asked me to leave this hotel after staying here 3 months and spending more almost 15k when making my official complaints with them. So this tells u everything about this terrible..terrible hotel.. Ive made my payment always in advanced and have no delays or due at all. My sincere rating. 1 star...Very Very poor...!!!!

Room Tip: 432 Executive Deluxe ( Business Room) Sucks.

Would not recommend staying here to anybody! The place is literally in the middle of nowhere. There is nowhere decent to eat nearby (other than macca's - but no one wants to eat that when holidaying in Malaysia). Getting to the hotel was near on impossible - no one actually knew where it was, and access was through a service road at nearby service station. The hotel backs up against a major motorway, so If you get a room on that side, don't expect a wink of sleep. The beds are all harder than wood. We stayed on recommendation from a friend without looking into the place (stupid mistake) - but checked out only 1 night into our stay because couldn't handle it for another night. Basically, if you're looking to enjoy your stay and have a good night sleep, and get around KL - don't book here.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere and despite numerous polite requests each day they were unable to organise a taxi for us on 3 separate occasions (though Malay guests were able to book one just fine). In the end we had to get a lift with one of the hotel staff to make it to the convention on time. Bed was hard as a rock and no food options nearby. Best to avoid.

I spent 2 nights there recently for a talk.
The location is tricky to find as you can only access the hotel via the small road. It is not accessible from the main road. It is actually beside a BHP petrol station, but if you pass the petrol station, you would have missed the small road. You need to turn into the small road before you hit the petrol station. Many taxi driver are not familiar with the location and google map location is not accurate.

There is not much near the hotel. You need to walk for around 10 mins to find food.

Breakfast was bad, both quality and quantity. I went around 10am+, there was not much left, and there were many houseflies.... the worst thing is that, they do not close the cover!

Room was decent, just like the photos, no surprises. Mine was on the 4th floor facing the road, with a king size bed. The noise from the road was not that bad. It was more of the noise from the other rooms that were louder.

To be fair, there are not many hotels around this area. This is probably the better hotel there. Their service was good though. Helpful and friendly staff.

I spent 2 nights there while attending a seminar in the area. The staff kept my booking -you can book via internet without having to pay - until late at night and the check in went very smoothly, the staff is attentive and kind, which is a big plus. The room I was given, on the 4th floor overlooking the motorway was very noisy and I had a sleepless first night. I was then given another room facing the hill, which was much quieter. The rooms are clean, equipped with a kettle and some tea and coffee.
Facilities: none: no pool, no gym, and it came a bit as a shock that their restaurant was closed for the evening, which was a bummer after a long trip.. Breakfast isn't very well presented, i would say military style, oily curries, boiled eggs, basically it caters to chinese tourists arriving by the busload. Check out was easy and effortless, no surprise, very efficient.
However, it was a 10 minute drive to where I had to attend my seminar, so honestly, I can't complain too much (long hours out, I was just in to sleep).

Room Tip: Book a room facing the hill, as they are quiet. The rooms facing the motorway are horribly noisy.

Spent 2 nights in the hotel.
The front desk and housekeeping staff are nice and warms.
The room's price is reasonable.
Renovation of the hotel is pretty nice.
Although the hotel's breakfast doesn't has much selection though.

There is a hotel's driver who will fetch us to any interesting place and shopping mall we preffered by paying him a small cost.
The Front desk staffs will recommend us some shopping malls like KLCC and 1-U , and so on.
We did a lot of shopping in the city centre too.

Get a room which facing the mountain view is more quiet
