Owner description: No trip to KL would be complete without a visit to the world's tallest twin towers. The skyscrapers are utterly stunning, particularly when illuminated at night. The Twin Towers Visit Operations is open Tuesday through Sunday and tickets are released at 8:30 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, you can purchase your ticket in advance via online ticketing or at the Ticketing Counter, Concourse Level.

We had some trouble with their website. Took all of the payment info, then got an error message. Looked to see if my card had been billed, & it showed a transaction pending, so I didn't rebook. (Short notice, this was the morning we left for KL) We get there the next day & they said the transaction wasn't completed, even though by this time it had gone thru on my card. We were not the only ones with this issue. There were others in line ahead of us. With that being said....the staff was very helpful. After we explained we were leaving KL the next morning, they refunded the card, we repurchased tickets, & they snuck us into the slot we had originally booked. So, a phone call may be warranted if you have any questions about your web booking. It goes without saying, the towers themselves are an amazing structural feet! We spent 10-15 minutes on the Skybridge & another 10-15 in the observation room at the very top. Unparalled views of KL!

You can get a very good view of the city, but it is a bit expenssive and crowded. You might need to wait some time in order to get your ticket to the top. I didnt have time to check, but I guess someone can find a nice view of the city from another building around.

Queued for tickets 3 days before our ascent to make sure got a time that we wanted. Tour is very well organised, super fast lifts seem to whisk you up the tower in seconds, first to the bridge for about 15 mins and then up to the top for 20 mins of amazing views over KL. I have been known to get struck by terrible vertigo but not up here - I felt very safe and secure. It was quite a hazy day but views still great. Think will try a night tour next time.

The towers are great, the view is best at night, it's nice to get there just before sundown and get the daytime and nighttime view in one shot, if you climb onto the wall by the street in front of the towers you'll get great pictures with no one in them.

The iconic Petronis Towers are a must to see when in KL. Many tourists set up creative photographs from the front of KLCC, whilst at the back of the mall a very attractive park provides more opportunities for great photographs. The towers look event more spectacular when illuminated at nigh.
