Tallest buliding on the road and you get a view of the entire city.
Food quality is excellent.
Almost all the tour operators are linked to this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the mono rail station. In fact, one of the main market is also within walking distance from the hotel. The proximity to mono rail provides access to almost all the major points of Kuala Lumpur.

The rooms are nice, spacious with all basic amenities provided. The breakfast area & buffet offers decent choices for vegetarians & has also got a few Indian dishes.

One bad thing about the hotel is its room service. I recommend that you do not try to order anything from room service because it is too slow. It take ages for them get your order ready & bring it to your room & then they goof up with something or the other which prolongs the process even further.

They hotel also does not have a decent night club. The one that is on the top floor is more of a dance bar & not recommended for families.

Overall, it is a nice hotel for a short stay of 2-3 nights.

I had organized an event in this hotel..never in my life, I received a very bad treatment like this! The room and the food were good but the customer service is seriously bad.

1. Eventhough we book lunch for our client at the cafe, they didnt write it down!On top of that, they were very nasty and rude about it. When I call the person in-charge to confirm back our reservation, the person said we did book for lunch.urgh!

2. Left a package for client (staying there) to pick up the next morning. Even told them the right name and room number. They even give me the receipt. But when my client ask nicely to the person at check-in counter the next morning, the person rudely told my client there's no package for him.the staff was being so sarcastic and rude.what?!? In the evening, my client finally got the package but the staff blame him cez he didnt bring the receipt to them. but the receipt is with me.I don't understand how the system works! If like that, why would you give the receipt to me!?Or if I have to pass the receipt to my client, might as well I pass the package myself. Am I right?

3. One of the night we stay there, the organizer told the person in-charge REPEATEDLY, that we will use 2 function room for that night. In the end, when I asked the bankuet people, they said they didnt get any notification.

4. I was standing at the check-in counter when I over heard one of the staff in front of me calling another client idiot..what?!?where's your PR?

5. Check-in,but there's no towel in the room. Have to call the housekeeping to get it. Got the towels, but no hand towel.

This is too much for a customer to handle..I will never set foot in this hotel ever again.

The hotel is indeed nice in almost all respects, save its location. Even that is not a huge problem, given that it is quite close to a monorail station. The lobby of the hotel is one of the worst I have ever seen. Though the good part is that, the bad news neds there.

The rooms are one of the most spacious rooms you can find, bed is noce and soft, bathrooms are nice, though a tad small.

The bath tub is mightly slippery, be very careful while stepping out of it.

The room service is great, as is the inhouse restaurant. The morning breakfast has of of the larget and most sumptous spreads I have come across.

Over all an A + Hotel which I would love to stay in, when in Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel claims to be a five-star or four star hotel, but it misses out on small things which make a hotel great. They do not give you any hand towels - you have to pay extra for them. They give you only one drinking water glass per room - even if there are two people travelling, and the thermostat in our room was not working - so through most of the night we froze. Despite having requested an early check-in they made us wait two hours in their crowded lobby.
The location is their greatest plus point. Everything is nearby so you never have to travel too much.
The breakfast was passable, the waiters in the breakfast room were very helpful, but the people at the reception counter were harassed and surly.
Maybe because the rates are fairly reasonable, they do not feel the need to provide you with some simple comforts
