The stay was very comfortable, we took the early bird offer and booked 6 days online... We had few queries which were prompltly clarified by mail . The front desk helped us with our tour planning and was helpful for all our requests . (travelled with infant) For indian esp vegetarians food should not be a problem at all . We ordered dinner through room service , the quality & quantity of food was very good.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor, quiet room with a view

My feeling is that the area that Grand Seasons is in are som kind of little India. You must try the buffet dinner downstairs from the lobby, an absolutely fantastic indian restaurant called Ola´s. We ate until our stomachs could´t take anymore and I will tell you that this was one of the absolutely best food experiences we had on our two months visit in south east asia.

We hadn´t book any rooms in advance and just chanced to walk in there and grab some. Our price negotiator Jocke dealed with the receptionists for at least half an hour and then he finally managed to make the bill under our budget on 200 swedish crowns per person and night. We eight guys stayed in three deluxe double rooms with two extra beds. It was the best stay we had on our vacation and I think everyone else in my crew agrees.

The breakfast is very good with a lot of things to choose between. The rooms is big and very comfortable, and I suggest you to ask for one on the higher levels where you have an amazing view over the city centre and the twin towers. There is also a snooker club downstairs with a lot of smokers and great players. The gym was okey but I think they should try to freshen it up a bit. The pool area was great.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a couple of guys like us, but I also think families and pairs will like it too. The only negative point is that you have to take a cab to the city center or walk to the skytrain station some minutes away.

Room Tip: Try to upgrade to a deluxe room if you have booked a superior. I don´t know the difference but I kno...

Good location. Good breakfast spread, Very helpful and friendly staff. Sound-proofed rooms. great view of the Petronas Towers. However, this hotel charges guests for (1) toothbrush kits and (2) coffee and tea sachets for use inside the room. Quite surprising for a hotel ...

Room Tip: ask for a room at the top florrs for a great view of the towers!

Good experience with this property, i stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in the Grand seasons kualalampur and the overall experience was very nice and comfortable. The view of the room was fantastic with petronas towers and the meals were great. The staff was nice and cosy and the best part was it was very close to Monorail station chowkit through which entire Kualalampur was within reach.i would recommend this property to everyone.

Room Tip: ask for a room which has a view of the petronas towers.
