I stayed with family for 1 month in the hotel. What is great about it is its location which is at the center of Bukit Bintang where we easily reaches to many areas by walking and LRT. Even though there are many other hotels around the area but It was nice as we felt safe roaming around Bukit Bintang even late at night as there are many security staff at the walking areas around the hotel.
But the Hotel itself and Its services are not that great, especially the room service as there is no much cleaning done every time and the room is always dusty, even my eczema flared up because of that. Also more care need to be taken for the towels and bedding. Glad that we mostly stay at the room for sleeping as we spent most of the time out of the hotel.

In the heart of Bukit Bintang. Everything was extremely walkable. Literal steps from Lot 10 and the Bukit Bintang monorail. Subway station is on the corner and crossing the street will get you to the Go KL bus stop. All of the major malls are in the vicinity and Jalan Alor is also very close.

Stayed in a room with two twins and the room was spacious and clean. Great water pressure in the shower and the amenities were refilled daily. Cold a/c and WiFi signal was strong and fast throughout the building. Elevators were quick. Breakfast options were good. There was also a diy noodle station which was a nice touch.

Felt very safe walking around at all hours of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and hotel has excellent position for exploring KL. Rooms ok,asked for extra towels for children who shared the bed with us however did not recieve them. Swimming pool is fine for children after all day walking. Had little trouble with arranging transport to our next destination - the price changed during the night and we had to argue about the price for some time. However, in the end we received what was promised and driver was very nice.

Well, I booked a deluxe room for me and my wife, requested for the high floor while booking. When I reached for check-in they said only twin rooms available. I insisted on couple room and later they managed. However, the receptionist took 10 MYR extra which I don't know the reason. I got a 4th-floor unit with absolutely no view. Breakfast had no chicken/beef/mutton items, indoor pool very ordinary. The toilet commode was not properly cleaned. I will not recommend this hotel.
