We booked through our travel agent for a family room for 4, but were given a room which could sleep 3 (already paid) . When asked at reception about extra bed was told to pay extra.Emailed our agent he said the hotel shouldn't charge extra . The girl at the reception was insisting that we pay & she was not very friendly rather rude. Lost our camera, have trasferred money but havn't received our camera yet -the hotel is asking for more money. Sent the right amount they requested. All our holiday photos gone.

We would like to clarify the matter.
On the day of the guest departure after receiving comfirmation regarding the extra bed from the travel agent, we had adjusted out the extra bed charges for the guest.
With regards to the Lost & Found camera, the guest wanted to send by post instead of courier and transferred NZD30 (MYR71) and after the bank charges, the hotel recieved NZD10 (MYR23) which is insufficient.
As a gesture of goodwill the hotel will be sending the camera to the guest.

For the price, we all found this hotel to be very good value. The rooms were pleasant and clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. The location was brilliant and the staff helpful. I think maybe if you are not happy with this motel you should be staying at the high price ones. We'll be back.

Excellently maintained hotel, Very well located near to bukit bintang Monorail, buses, available, restaurants near by both Indian and Western. Great place to shop and freak out. Has good cab facilties and tour packages, and very reasonable priced

This has a very elaborate foyer and entry. It is quite ornate and there is a lot to look at. The check in staff there are efficient but quite cold. Perhaps they call it professional.
The rooms are adequate but clean. They are a little tired and not huge but honestly, who spends much time in their room when in this city. We had a good view of the Petronas Towers. The rooms were quiet despite being on a very busy street.
The pool area is very nice and there is a nice jacuzzi in amongst tropical plants. There are plenty of sun lounges.
We had dinner in one of the restaurants and the food was truly awful. We stayed here at the end of a month long trip around Asia and felt like some western food so ordered a burger. The meat pattie seemed as though it had come straight from a frozen food box. And why would you eat here anyway when there are so many great little places just around the corner.
The hotel is right in the best street for people watching. Walking distance to at least five shopping centres. Lot 10 shopping centre has a great little food court which had some of the best Malaysian food around. It was very cheap taxi ride to Petaling Markets and KLCC (I think no more than 8 ringit)
Despite the hotel being a bit dated and tired, I would stay here again simply because I think this is the best location in the whole of KL.

Comfortable hotel our view was nothing to write home about (next buildings wall) . The hotel and rooms are dated but clean and tidy with plenty of room but could have done with more soft furnishings and chosen a better room colour as not long repainted. Now thats out the way great location close to Times Square, Pavilion, its part of the golden triangle area. Near 2 Monorail stations and the largest electronics store in KL is out the back door. Staff very nice helpful tours can be booked from the front desk and there was a good choice of food for breakfast. Pool was okay but not what I expected. would need a Taxi or use the hop on hop off bus to get to KLCC and Petronis Towers as it is a little far to walk. Not really a good place for a honeymoon but if you are just looking for a clean room in a great location we would recomened it.
