Booked my stay at this hotel via Agoda. The booking & hotel check / check out process was very smooth. At all times, the conceirge were always very helpful with directions, where to go, places to eat etc.

The location of this hotel is superb and probably the main attraction of this place.

Located at start/end of Bukit Bintang (main shopping street), it will take you 5-10mins to reach major shopping centres. Around the corner from the hotel, there is the street food stalls open every night which makes it very convenient for a late night snack.

If you are travelling with families/kids.... getting to Petronas Towers or China town from this hotel by walk might be challenging.. it is approx 1-1.5kms away.

The rooms were pretty dissapointing.
Being classed as 4 star hotel.. i had some expectations. however the rooms were more on par with 3 star hotels. However they had all the basics: room safe, clean bathrooms and functional TV. The main issue i had with the rooms were cleanliness... there were stains on sheets, sofas etc which raised question marks.

The hotel over all feels very run down and could do with an upgrade.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have a view of the Petronas towers. Be sure to ask for one.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Location is quite good for shoppers and foodies with many shopping centres close by and the famous Jalan alor to try the local food in a local setting. Hotel is clean with attentive staff, pool is quite nice, especially on the hot days. Gym is basic but should satisfy anybody looking for a bit of a workout on their travels. Hotel also has a "legitimate" spa which had a few good offers, some free for hotel guests to get you in. Overall it is not a 4 star hotel but it is clean and well run.

This hotel is great 6 years ago when it is still new. Serivce is not great and breakfast is only okay. I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and it nice and clean, but last year Nov 2010 I went back and it was dissapointing. It rate itselfe 4****, but I would rate it 3*** to be generous.

This hotel is located in great area but needs a lot of TLC, IE the place is in a need of a major refit, the hotel staff esp the reception needs a major lesson in customer service.!Arrived early hours in the the Morning of 9th Oct and was told that i could not check in till 2pm !even though I had made prior arrangements.Eventually after losing my temper and demanding to see the manager they checked me in to the room.Even then they tried to get me to accept a executive room though i had paid for a Deluxe .Finally got my room .The hotel seems to concentrate in catering for corporate and govt govt rather than tourist. The concierge is very knowledgeable and helpful .Try to get rooms above the 16th floor as they good.do not get the taxis from the front of the hotel as they are intent on ripping you off .
Housekeeping seems to be done by students who are working to earn extra money.Be careful if you need to use the bathtub as it seems to slippery !The hotel does not deserve more than a two and half star rating ,three at the most.

Room Tip: Rooms above the 16th floor.

Location is good, but they did not maintain the hotel properly.
I went in to a room that the curtain fall down the towel hanger drop down and the flushing button not looks fine.

Went to ask for the room change and no apologize from the hotel staffs.
went up to the new room and the swipe card not working, again no apologize from the hotel staff which we carrying all our luggage went up and down like a fool.

Then the staff sent a security to go up with us to try, and again the card ia not working.

And need to change another room for us.

The duty manager is just there and not sayjng anyting and try ti help anything.

Very bad service.
