We stayed in a club horizon room with a great view of the side of the Petronas towers (the hotel is situated such that one cannot see both towers at the same time).

We arrived from Europe in the morning. Check in was at the Horizon club on the first floor and while we were not at all expecting it, our room was ready and did not pose any problem for an early arrival.

The room (and the rest of the hotel for that matter) was spotless and well laid out. There were more than enough Occitane products as well as no shortage of towels. There was everything one expected from a real 5-star hotel.

The staff in all areas of the hotel are adorable without being pretentious.

The Horizon Club is a great benefit with a beautiful breakfast buffet spread as well as a few items which can be ordered a la carte such as eggs benedicts, pancakes, and omelettes. Might I suggest the beef rendang omelette (where else would you get that). Afternoon tea is in the afternoon, followed by evening pre-dinner cocktails (the only time there is free alcohol). Otherwise soft drinks and coffee are available at all times.

The fitness center is adapted to the size of the hotel, in fact I found it quite large. How many times do you find earphones, a towel, and a water bottle at your treadmill ?

The pool area is cozy and quiet, the staff bring you fruit infused water without even asking.

We had lunch one time at LemonGarden2Go and one time at the French restaurant Lafitte. Both were excellent.

Overall an impeccable experience, really no other way to say it. Highly recommended.

I chose the hotel because of the TripAdvisor rating and price, very affordable but all KL hotels are.

Check in was great; taken to the room and checked in the and there, nice touch. View of Petronas towers was good. Room was good, very clean and comfy bed but could do with a bit of a renovation. It's a fairly old hotel now and this shows in scratched wood, some small but noticeable blemishes and stains etc.

Breakfast is varied and plentiful, quite a relaxed venue. Nothing special though. Service is excellent and I felt like staff genuinely cared which is a great thing.

Hotel cars have free wifi which works well.

I wouldn't stay again only because newer hotels are available. But it's a good choice and the staff are great.

It's a quiet a good business hotel in business hub of the city. It has good access towards city's best atttractions like patronas towers. The best thing about this hotel is good spread on the breakfast as well on Dinner. I was really amzed with the choice available. Rooms are pretty clean and service is up to the mark. Overall a good experience.

Checked in here again after reading other reviews here describing it as memorable, amazing etc. The cynic in me is wondering who could describe it as memorable. It wasn't until we went down to the pool we even remembered we had stayed here just over a year ago. It's THAT memorable.
Lobby and check in fine. Very busy. Asked a number of times for a good view as from other reviews I seem to remember them being raved about. We have a view of some office tower construction.
Now we are at the pool which triggered our memory of our last stay. Fairly small, needs a good repaint or a clean.
Room just average as well. Good wifi though. That's it. Next time hopefully we won't be lured in again by the reviews.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent, very attentive to details, always smiling. We upgraded to a Horizin club suite and it was fantastic. The breakfast in the main area was good and with a lot of variety, but the atmosphere in the Horizon club was much better, way more sophisticated, so we ended up having breakfast there most of the days. Location of the hotel is also excellent! Will deffinitely go back

Room Tip: Horizon club suite! Very spacious, ideal for a family!
