“Excellent Hotel in a very good location”

Our second stay here, and we were not disappointed. Service is excellent, and the hotel is well featured. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and good size. Breakfast was good with attentive staff making sure that coffee was flowing well, and even an espresso appeared without having to ask. The only downfall was that they tend to undercook the omelets which were raw in the middle.
The hotel is not the cheapest or deaarest in Bukit Bintang, but is still good value for what you pay.

Room Tip: This is not a hotel for views, but rooms are quiet, and service is good.

Requested for Non-Smoking Room : Given smoking Room
Requested for King Bed size : Given Queen Bed size, and the manager claimed that whats written in the reservation paper can be changed.
Gave my bag to concierge, went out for an hour, return back to room only to realise that the bag is still with them.

It is not worth it to stay here with this kind of service.

Felt like staying in a cheap hotel.
Room smell so bad. I can't sleep at night, and having bad flue.
I supposed to stay here for 3 nights, but only staying for a night.

BAD SERVICE, BAD ROOM

Room Tip: Don't choose this hotel. Not recommended at all!

Fantastic Hotel, right in the heart of KL within walking distance to most things. Stayed on the club lounge floor and what a great break. Staff were fantastic very attentive and helpful. Rooms spacious and very clean. Club lounge access and variety of snacks on offer every night were diverse and excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed there many times during my stay in KL. its a very comfortable hotel, and has got a cosy ambience. I am always very happy with front desk staff, they are very helpful and explanatory. Rooms are very big and clean, hotel is in the heart of KL. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who are also looking easy access to the city.

The Hotel was excellent, the staff were always helpful cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean and comfortable (we stayed in the club rooms) The hotel food was excellent whether it was breakfast, (one of the biggest breakfast buffets I have seem) evening meal or just snacks in the Club room. You won't be disappointed.

On stepping into the foyer ,the lift and especially the club lounge we recognized why we chose to come back to the grand Millenium. Wonderful staff from the club manager Curt Carlson to his staff members "Roy" Shidi, Wardi,Dumas,Hanim,Adi,Yokesim,Fadzli,Puttiwan, Rachel, Arjel,Frincis,Attira,chef-Rita, executive chef Laurent, housekeeping Zakaira.All are efficient, helpful,patient , and will solve any problems.

Room Tip: Choose club lounge rooms because of the cocktails and gourmet buffet food included in the tariff .

Lovely hotel, Great location, amazing lobby, fantastic room. Not the best view from our window but overall we were extremely happy with our room. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best sleep.

The swimming pool area for me is not great, the photos appear alot better than it is the pool was also freezing cold!. The pool staff whilst friendly seem disinterested and poorly trained.
We received a turn down service and found this to be a special extra we were not expecting.

Breakfast was great with a bog selection for all tastes although I was dissapointed to be told we were unable to have hot chocolate with our breakfast without paying additional (we stayed in a cheaper 5 star hotel 2 weeks ago in KL and they had hot chocolate at breakfast for no additional charge).

My main and really only concern with this hotel was the staff. They are so snotty and rude. I felt like we were a burden to them not one of them smiled, check in and check out was RIDICULOUS there was massive queues at both times and not what I think is acceptable. Just because we are not wearing suits, does not mean we deserve any less treatment and I felt the hotel staff we rude and couldn't care about assisting us. Saying that I will stay at this hotel again as I loved the location and the hotel itself. Hopefully by January 15 the staff have improved.
