We've spent a few days in the hotel before our honeymoon in the Maldives. The location is great, right in the heart of KLCC area, next door to the twin towers, gardens and the shopping centre.

The hotel is classy and luxurious. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views over the Twin towers and gardens. The rooms are becoming a little dated however we were told they would be renovated soon, not that it would stop us from going back even if they weren't!

Breakfast at Mosaic was a great experience, great food and wonderful service.

The service of all staff were faultless. From the moment we arrived, the concierge and reception staff
were attentive and friendly. Thank
You for making our stay so special, we would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A bit too big and corporate to get full marks, it is nonetheless very handy for the Petronas Towers, and has a great selection of bars and restaurants. Even an indoor golf simulator!

Rooms well maintained and pretty spacious. Its excellent value for money for a Mandarin too.

Two things to mention:
- The concierge suggested paying am agent £50 to stand in line to get tickets for the towers as the queue in the morning would be significant. We declined, and went ourselves - there was no queue at all. Glad we saved the money

- The (very good) Japanese restaurant on site is rather expensive. Beware!

Modern luxurious hotel in heart of KLCC area. Large rooms. Nice park views. Lovely pool to help deal with humidity.

Breakfast room looked stunning - just let down a little but volume of people there at once and some if the food stations could be better kept up. But that's being fussy.

Gracious staff.

This is the first time to stay MO KUL. I selected the room without club access. But I was comfortable well by its facilities, for exemple, the swimming pool, inroom dining and MO BAR! It was enough for me. Especially, the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The best, whose name is Daniel. Due to his assistance, I enjoyed MO KUL very well. I would like to thank to him and will back again!!

Room Tip: I was very lucky because of upgrading to the room with Twin Tower view. I think this choice is valua...

The service we received at every stage during our 2 nights' stay at this hotel was just simply fantastic! Every staff member we interacted with...from the Front Desk to the restaurants...was pleasant and very helpful. Our 9-year old daughter fell sick and the assistance we received in taking her to see a doctor was amazing! Kudos to the management! Will most definitely return to enjoy the experience again!

Nice place, classy and luxurious. Right in the middle of the KLCC area with easy access to the KLCC park, the twin towers, and jalan pinang area with all the bars and clubs.

Hotel itself is aging gracefully and the staff are friendly and helpful, there are soem excellent restaurants e.g Lai Po heen is famous.
Shower and bath water pressure very powerful. 4 storey hotel car park. didnt get to try the infinity pool. Flat screen tv in my room.

All in all no complaints.
I was there on conference and room paid for.

No free internet in the rooms.
