Dirty rooms, terrible service and food. I don't have words more!!! We had problem with electric, my iPad already fired, when I try to charge this. But manager said that hotel has nothing responsible for this. Amazing! Be careful if you have rest in this hotel

HI,
Checked before we booked with trip adviser so had open mind.Choice because of location to city center and the easy to use rail system.Emailed before arriving requesting room on high floor as per advise on trip adviser. They never replyed. Booked in 11th floor, room was a bit old but ok. but really smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking floor is a joke). Went back down to desk to see ask verbly this time for a room on a higher floor, no go offerered an other room on the same floor we did not bother .
The room was fair enough for the price paid $48 AUS.
Breakfast was a bit of a struggle for an Aussi and we love travel and new food, but there were really only 3 main dishes all very spicy, and if you were late down all the meat was gone and only the sause left.Would we stay there again , maybee the price was good.
My last comment is I dont understand people who do the customer service training in these places. THE STAFF NEVER EVER SMILE, its not that hard, you dont even need to speak the same language.

Room Tip: Book on price only

My family of 4 stayed at their family suite in June this year.

Here are our feedback:
- The rooms, bathroom and corridors are run down.
- Bedsheet and blanket looked and feel dirty, doesn't feel comfortable sleeping on it.
- Cups provided had chipped edges, spoons looked yellowish and dirty.
- services staff in lobby insisted "no family rooms" available on our check in day, as we booked one day short, and suggested an upgrade to their exec rooms, which were over our budget. We took another 1 hour struggling to log on to Bookings.com to book the room (which is available!), then return to hotel to check in. What a huge hassle!

Stayed with my gf and her family for a 2 night stay QHCCKL. Check in was fast, staff is friendly, we booked 2 connecting room (familyroom and standard room). Room size was quite spacious over look the pool, bed is huge. Pool was a little small and crowded. Breakfast choice was limited nothing to wow about, boo boo on that. Duty manager is prompt to attend to our request on the safe box. Room service is the best. Delicious fish and chips their tartar sauce is awesome however on our second night wen we ordered the fish and chips again, the taste is too overwhelming and salty. Upon check out we have around 5 hours to spare before our ride home so we ask to place luggage at the bell counter. We didn't get his name but a petite middle age man was nice to serve and help us even though we already check out. When we came back to the hotel to take our luggage, the same bellman help us with all our 6 bags. Location wise, they do have shuttle to the city area at a certain timing. However i do not enjoy the hotel area that much cos its troublesome to go to bukit bintang and chinatown area. Apart from that they do have LRT (subway train) nearby to go to any destination and a SOGO mall. With row of food area nearby. Oh before i forget, found a baby roach in the room luckily that was the moment we were getting ready to check out..

It is a rather old hotel, simple deco, to some the smell may not be pleasant. There's nothing much to say about the room except that it was average; nonetheless I did have a very good sleep.

The rates are okay; not the cheapest but not that expensive either, but if you're looking for a nice place to stay, somewhere with a good location and comfy, this is definitely one of the safest choices in KUL.

What I loved the most about QH is that it is so near to Sogo Shopping Complex, Jalan Tun Razak as well as Jalan Masjid India - which are only 5 to 10 minutes' walk away from QH.

Good location. They have a shuttle that drops you to any spot in KL. Breakfast is good & a nice spread, though the spread caters more to the Malays. The metro is located within walking distance. The Rooms are just OK. Certainly not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms require a lot of work. If you are visiting KL for a night or two, this hotel is not bad. But, if you are on a holiday & plan to spend more than two nights, then this Hotel is a big NO! NO!

Room Tip: Ask for a room above the 15th Floor & request for a view of the School playground. Should be 160...

Hotel is at an excellent location, very near to Petronas and KL towers, right opposite to Sogo Mall. Staff Service is not so good, but if you visiting KL, you don t want to stay in the hotel, isn t it !

Room Tip: Use Agoda or other travel site to book rooms, they have good deals
