Was told that check in time is anytime after 2pm. Arrived at 5pm and room is not ready apparently cleaning after repairing of aircon. Was told, it works perfectly well.

Room is so small, toilet drainage system is so bad that when you shower, the water doesn't flow directly into the hole & it gets flooded. Room also has a bad stench.

The WORST experience is the air-conditioner which we were told works perfectly fine ISN'T WORKING at all! Every hour it gets HOT and we have to off the main switch every hour to have cool air. Didn't sleep whole night.

There are many other better hotels nearby with the same price.

my son and i had the pleasure of staying at this so called clean and affordable hotel that our taxi driver from the airport said was really good. The place look clean, but our rooms, i don't know, no soap, one towel. The next morning my son said that his legs had bite marks, and thought then that we made a bad decision. After touring the city that day we come back to our hotel only to find that the room was not made up and we still had dirty towels and no soap or toilet paper. We stayed one more night and upon meeting my son with his backpack first thing in the morning i knew we were checking out of the bed bug ridden hotel and we walk five minutes to the imperial hotel. maybe more money but the room s are spotless and clean, also free breakfast.

Room Tip: Do your research and don't believe the taxi drivers from the airport, their also in it for the m...

When we booked the hotel it was 139 RM per night but when we arrived it became 150 RM and no breakfast. Rooms are extremely small. Trust me you can find far better hotel for less price. So please dont get fooled by names and stars.

Stayed here whilst in KL and was regretting it with 5mins. The person on the front desk has to be the rudest person I have ever met. Totally different from what I had experienced in the rest of Malaysia.

Made me feel like I should almost apologise for inconveniencing him by staying. When I got to the room the bed covers were stained, the room was dirty and smelt, the curtains had to be kept closed as there was building work right out our window, there was no warm water, so cold showers only and the noise outside kept us from sleeping at night. The shower was also blocked so the water from the shower just covered the bath floor.

We then discovered that the breakfast we had been expecting was not available. Upon asking why this was the case and if there would be a reduction in the room price as a result, we were given no apology and told by the person on front desk that the hotel had no obligation to provide breakfast even though it was promised as part of the price when we moved in.

Booked out of the hotel after couple of days and moved into a hotel further up the road that was cheeper and a far superior hotel.

The door handle of the hotel even came off in my hand when I was leaving.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, which is saying something.

How can this hotel be a 3 star? Worst 3 star hotel that i have ever booked.
This is a 1 star nothing more. I am still thinking about how this hotel can have 3 stars.
Breakfast....useless.
And do not take the rooms that have more price. Then you have i window and there is traffic all night and day just half a meter from your window and the bad curtains is not helping to block the lights from the cars
