OK, here`s my view:
The area around this place is so-so. There is an abandoned old car opposite, and run-down / empty houses all round it. On the other hand, it is 5 mins. walk from all the shops / monorail link.
Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in (after 20 years of travel), no wardrobe space.
But the room is artistically designed, and has a good bed.
No en-suite bathroom. You have your own cubicle toilet/shower with only body soap provided.
Not enough room to change for females, my wife said.
The manager is not good : he is a young-minded early 30s guy. When we arrived hot and tired, he had us sit down while he went off to fix new tea and coffee. Having done this, he made himself a drink only and sat down, nothing for us.
The drinks area is nicely laid-out and comfortable, boutique-like. The lobby has similar nice furnishings and wall art.
In summary, the place is clean, nice beds, centrally located but with tiny rooms, unprofessional service, and cubicle showers that may not provide sufficient privacy for female
