Services are sooo poor here. I experienced the server being so clumsy, knocked down a wine glass and spill it over the plate and my friend's pants. Didn't even bother to apologize just kept on doing his task. When finishing, didn't even change the plate with wine out. Just walked away, continue doing his job. Hairs not groom doesn't look hygiene at all. The servers were not well trained so they didn't know what table manners to follow. Serving soft drinks without ice. Who drinks soda in room temperature? I left the place for 15mins when my glass was empty. When I came back, my glass was still empty. SERVICE is the key to every restaurant and they failed to deliver.

This is a busy place so don't bother with the services. I like smoked duck. Fish was a bit pricey. Overall, it's good.

This is a shopping centre restaurant, located in the last floor of one of the best and largest shopping centres of KL, called The Pavillion. The restaurant is very large and seems to pretend to be a cosy one. At the beggining the choice appeared to be the right one to taste genuine chinese food (although not one of my favourites, but...).
The ambiance was tipically chinese and we were at the time the only occidentals inside, which could be a good sign, once all the other customers seem to be chinese people.
Although the food was not bad at all, with some dishes quite tasty, the service was pretensious but with unacceptable fails at various levels. Since it was a little late by their standards (10.00 p.m.), the final of our dinner was served in a rushy way and we felt reliefed when we left the restaurant, and with a feeling that occidentals were not very much welcomed in this place, but maybe I'm wrong...
