my wife and i stayed for one week in april 2014. we have stayed here on a number of trips
if there is a fault it may be an odd stain on hallway carpet or a mark on the wallpaper in room. .
thats being really fault finding considering the value for offered at the furama.
breakfast caters for western, asian or mid-east tastes and is certainly one of the better ones around.
staff are well trained and attentive. our room had two light globes not working on our arrival and when i returned after ten minutes they had been replaced.
i also had problem with the in room safe [ MY FAULT] but the security lady was there in minutes and resolved the trouble.front desk check in and out very efficient.
ethernet connection in room is free but wi- fi is charged, i find this a little baffling these days but it is not a major worry.
we look forward to returning if only for the food.location is great five mins. walk to imbi monorail station and maybe fifteen to walk to bukit bintang. berjaya times square is two mins walk away and houses the largest indoor roller coaster in south east asia.

Room Tip: have stayed in rooms facing several directions and never had a problem

I was there for business and I felt ok, but not my standard of hotels.
The room was clean but not very clean
the door should be changed, the wifi connention was only in the common area, for the room you have to pay additional costs.
People are kind

When I was booking this Hotel I was hesitating little bit when I read a comment in this hotel, but now when we Already stay from 13th-16th of April 2014 it was a great expirience.
They have free upgrade us to family suite room when we reach the room. Wow what a room it was. Everything was looking great. 2 bed rooms 1 sitting rooms and 1 dinning room. Breafast was also nice. But the service was little bit slow beacause the restaurant is always full but lack of staff keep guest waiting for table to be clean and food to be filled .check in was not that fast but check out was 2 minutes.
LOCATION: Perfect location. Ok it 80 km from international airport but once when u reach here at hotel beside we have a monorail and big shopping mall. Not far away the KLCC and KL tower.
It was a great stay. I will definately suggest everyone to visit here.I will also come in the future if I will come KL anytime.

Located near time square with almost the same facilities but better room price including breakfast which was good enough buffet. We booked through Agoda. For the same price, same Agoda, we would only have a room without breakfast at Time Square. Lift is old, and have to press really hard to make it stopped at our floor 16th. There were blue taxi from hotel and regular red taxi. The hotel staff would tell all guest that their blue taxi rate is only 2 Rm higher but they would not explain the distance rate, for example to the airport with ref taxi cost 80 Rm, with blue taxi would cost 120 Rm. Easy to get red taxi around the hotel.

We have stayed here before last year and it was very good. It has since gone down hill, very poor service, the room we booked was not what we got when we asked about it we were told sorry nothing they could do. Very ecpensive for what you get, i think you can find better in kl. Then the room was broken, not fixed when we told them, you could not close the bathroom door. The bed was meant to be fixed up by house keeping and was not after 3 nights. A very poor stay we will not be returning and would advise others to stay away.

Stayed there 6 nights. It is DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel. I was disappointed several time because of the slow service. Check-in time is TERRIBLE. We asked for our luggage to be sent to room, had to call 3 times. Third time we called we said we will come down the lobby if no one brings it. You have people standing there welcoming you, but service is bad. We had same problem when we checked-out, it took a while to get our luggage down, even if we called 10 minutes in advance. The guys at the concierge are awfully slow. The room is OKAY, its clean but there's a weird smell. Now thats the part that I was SO SO disappointed about. The room is SO COLD. Even when we adjust the temperature it didn't seem to work!!! I ended up asking for extra blanket!! The buffet breakfast however is good and location is fine too, because its a few steps from that huge shopping centre. Would I stay again? Of course not.

There was a large crowd when we checked in on a Saturday. The lobby was nice and check in took an average amount of time. They upgraded our room to a slightly bigger room. However they also upgraded the room of customers before us. The room was a one bedroom and was reasonably nice. Not too fancy though. The hallways were small and felt really dodgy. During the entire trip, I only felt safe when I was in the room. Going out at night was scary. The roads there are under construction with little traffic. Cab drivers barely even go up to the hotel to pick people up. Times square and bukit bintang is really really near (walking distance), however you would not feel safe walking there. The roads just felt really dodgy and I did not feel safe at all. It's hard to find cab drivers that will take us to the hotel as it was so near times square and etc. Even if they did, they would charge you triple the amount. We paid rm 10 from times square to the hotel even though it would have only cost us rm 3.40. But we definitely did not feel safe walking especially at night. Location wise it is really near top locations in the city but was really really dodgy. There were convenient stores and shop lots right next to the hotel which also made it slightly convenient. Service was good and fast. When we requested something they handed it over pretty quickly and accurately. It's also a non smoking hotel and there were no bathtubs. They did provide the proper necessities. In general, i think the value was there but I would not come back as it just didnt feel right.
