Earlier I stayed in swiss garden hotel couple of time and this time I tried residence. It is acutally better than the hotel. Nice small apt with room service and all hotel facilities. As usual they have nice breakfast.

We had a week booked into a studio room on the 11th floor at this hotel which we organised through timeshare exchange. Check in was fast without issues and I found the staff pleasant despite some reviewers indicating differently. The Residences is attached to the Swiss Garden Hotel and connected by a walkway.

There is a convenience store located downstairs to purchase essentials but does close quite early in the evening. Across the road from the Swiss Garden Hotel there is a 24 hr convenience store.

Our room was satisfactory but located on the 11th floor we had no real views. A view over the pool area may have been more pleasant. The room had timber flooring and was an unusual long and narrow shape. Bathroom was modern with a rain head shower with a nice comfortable bed. Adequate toileteries and bottles of water were supplied during our stay. Furnishings were very minimalistic.

We had buffet breakfast twice during our stay. Breakfast is located on the 6th floor (same level as pool and gym) was ok but didn't have a huge selection unlike many other hotels I have previously stayed at.

The location was really good. Just a short walk away from vibrant street food area of Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. You could easily also walk to Times Square a huge shopping centre.

We didnt have a lot of time to use the facilities but enjoyed our swim in the 6th floor infinity pool. The gym is also located beside the pool.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

After coming back from Langkawi, we wanted to stay around the KLCC or Bukit Bintang. and we found this one. When we checked in our room at 34th floor, we knew this is the place to be. Great view on Petronus, KL Tower and the city.... .. you will have to walk 5-10 mins to go to either Bukit bintang or chinatown....Pool is a little bit small but good to go....

Room Tip: try to have upper floor rooms with Petronus tower view.... worth it every sents

My wife and I were on our honey moon and had to deal with an unprofessional, poorly trained and rude female staff member while trying to check in on the afternoon of the 21 April. First of all she told us quite rudely that I had cancelled my booking, even after I showed her the confirmation email from booking.com. She then insisted that she had just talked to Booking.com and they said I had phoned them and cancelled, (not sure that is even possible). After about 15min she finally found my booking, but did not apologise, instead she tried to say it was somehow my fault. Luckily there was another staff member there that apologised to us and checked us in or we would have refused to stay thereat all.

Room Tip: Hope you don't have to deal with the staff member that we did.

The room facilities are okay, the service are efficient but there got some weird smell all along the corridor. And the swimming at the hotel side are really disappointed. It can only feed in 2 to 3 person, if more than that people got no space to swim. And the price are a little over rated for what it is. The location ar so so cause u have to walk quite a distance to the nearby shopping mall, Berjaya Time Square or the nearby monorail station.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and son in a one premier bedroom suite at the 21st floor. The extra bed is in a separate part of the living room and gives some privacy. The room has a little kitchen with basic utilities. Don't think you really can prepare a big dinner with one little pan and a cooking spoon but the kettle an toaster are adequate. Taking a shower was really nice overlooking the Skyline of Kuala Lumpur through a big window. By the way...there are blinds to shut so no stress :) The view at night at the Petronas from the room is an amazing sight, can't get enough of it! Breakfast was included and there was enough to choose from, western and local dishes. Try the buffet dinner at the hotel one night. Delicious food and a good atmosphere especially when sitting outside and enjoying the performance of the dancers.

The area has unlimited little restaurants and food stalls to choose from. Try the eateries near the Jalan Butik Pintang. Cheap, really nice and in a lively ambiance. There also enough local little supermarkets around for basic needs.

Ideal hotel for a couple of days sightseeing, absolutely recommended.

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the Petronas are amazing of course!
