Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and son in a one premier bedroom suite at the 21st floor. The extra bed is in a separate part of the living room and gives some privacy. The room has a little kitchen with basic utilities. Don't think you really can prepare a big dinner with one little pan and a cooking spoon but the kettle an toaster are adequate. Taking a shower was really nice overlooking the Skyline of Kuala Lumpur through a big window. By the way...there are blinds to shut so no stress :) The view at night at the Petronas from the room is an amazing sight, can't get enough of it! Breakfast was included and there was enough to choose from, western and local dishes. Try the buffet dinner at the hotel one night. Delicious food and a good atmosphere especially when sitting outside and enjoying the performance of the dancers.

The area has unlimited little restaurants and food stalls to choose from. Try the eateries near the Jalan Butik Pintang. Cheap, really nice and in a lively ambiance. There also enough local little supermarkets around for basic needs.

Ideal hotel for a couple of days sightseeing, absolutely recommended.

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the Petronas are amazing of course!

The ideal residence for short stay. Spacious family suit. Stayed for 5 nights with family. Was given a late checkout for a nominal fee. Reasonable breakfast buffet (having to share salt & pepper set
among tables was a little inconvenience). Quiet but central location, less than 5 minutes walk. to monorail. Intend to return.

Took the family for Formula One weekend and friends recommended this hotel to us which was a great tip. Close proximity to Chinatown and the famous food street of Jalan Alor , friendly service and good value for money. The only downside was that the electronic card system often did not work for the elevators and the room door, which caused us and a number of other guests to have to wander down to the reception to re-code the keys. Other than that we enjoyed the spacious rooms and will be back when visiting KL.

Overall, this hotel is the best I've been to in Kuala Lumpur over the years. At the same time it is a bit overpriced compared to what it can offer, but not much. Most of the important stuff at this hotel are ok or even excellent, so I can recommend it, unless using the wi-fi in your room has significant importance to you.

Pros:
The people in the lobby except for the taxi guy are friendly and helpful. Interior was pretty and use can use the pool & sauna & gym area until 22 pm which is later than usual, which is big plus after a day of shopping or sightseeing. The hotel was clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel is not in the best location, but walking through Jalan Alor you are able to reach Bukit Bintang within 10 minutes. None of the public transport methods are availble within reasonable walking distance but there are plenty of cheap taxis available. There is a 7 eleven across the street.

Cons:
The wi-fi in the room is terribly slow to the point of being unusable. Several types of food were already finished if you did not arrive on the first two hours of breakfast buffet. Upon check in you have to pay extra deposit for minibar use even if your room does not have one. The official taxi guy working in the lobby area is a scam artist, which is unbelievable for this class hotel. The bath tub is really the floor of the shower, not an actual tub. There is only one electric socket next to the bed, while in the toilet there isn't a single one.

Room Tip: At the southern tower rooms ending with for example xx01-xx04 had a view to bukit bintang, but you c...

Stayed here for 1.5 week and would want to go there again. Good apartments, very polite staff and everything onsite. The checkin process was smooth and apartment was nice and spacious.
The light in the bathroom was not working. However, they replaced it immediately when I reported.
The breakfast is standard every day so if you are staying for long time, it may get little boring. The Gym and swimming pool is excellent with a small kids play area.

The KL Rapid bus stops right in front of the hotel. Beware of the taxis there as they will as for double or triple fare for no reason. You should just walk down a bit from hotel and then catch a taxi on the road.
