We recently stayed here in the busy Little India section of Kuala Lumpur, it definetly is on a busy road and has alot of people around outside but there is security on the door and as soon as you enter the lobby its ok. The place has been renovated and is modern and clean but this is a budget type hotel , the rooms are small but once again renovated and modern design with an ensuite that is clean and streamlined. From our room on a higher floor we couldnt hear the traffic outside but friends were on a lower one and had traffic noise. Breakfast at the restaurant next door comes with the room and it was ok with a choice on the buffet table.there wasa money changer next door with a good rate, shops and restaurants were with in walking distance

We stayed five nights in a deluxe room which was comfortable and had a nice bathroom with rain shower. Bed and pillows are very good. Due to it's central location, near Merdaka square, the city can be explored from this point. Public transport is very accessible with Bandaraya and Masjid Jamek close by.

Because we had a room at the street site, there was a lot of noise during rush hours. Your night rest can be disturbed by a very loud motorcycle or bus.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. It has a focus on Chinese (rice, soup,...) and English (beans, fries,...) food. Although you can also get a bowl of cereals.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel from 6th July 2012 - 8th July 2012. Was given Room 408. Everything was ok accept that the Air-Con leaks when you on it for about 4-6 hrs. So got no choice but to just switch it to the Fan Mode at night. And yes, I've killed about 4 roaches in the room. Other than that, It was a nice stay but I don't think I will be staying there again.

Room Tip: Do not take Room 408.

We really loved our stay at this hotel coz of its location. and rooms were also very good with all the amenities you need to survive. there was no ventillation, no window in the room where we stayed, but the location of this hotel is so good that you hardly stay in room. our stay here was value for every penny we spent. specially there is a ZamZam restaurant in the ground floor serves excellent authentic local food. When m in KL again, will stay in the same hotel. :)

My friends and I had an excellent stay in Frenz Hotel. We booked two rooms and we surprisingly got a connecting room near the elevator. The hotel lobby isn’t very spacious but the service is very fast. It only took us around 5 minutes to check in and out of the hotel. The people in the front desk are also very helpful. When you include breakfast in your booking, it will be at the Zam restaurant beside the hotel. Unfortunately, they do not allow packed breakfasts just in case you need to leave early and will not make it to the breakfast time. The room size is just right for a hotel in the middle of the city. I really liked the bed and the pillows. The bathroom only had frosted glass as a wall so it might be awkward if you’re just with a friend in the room. As a business hotel, the amenities definitely address the needs of businessmen. The complimentary WiFi is a big plus for me.

The location was ok. There is a 5 minute walk to a convenience store or the Sogo Mall. The nearest MRT station is a 10 minute walk away. The only problem is getting a taxi during the wee hours of the morning. We had to leave early because of an early morning flight. The road outside the hotel is barely passed during those times making it hard for us to get a taxi.

Overall, I loved my stay in this hotel and I wouldn’t mind staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.
