Stayed 3 nights,it was comfortable but very basic. No complimentary water, nothing in fridge at all. Don,t waste money on a suite room as the design of the rooms makes the extra space pretty useless. Do make use of the Chinese Gentleman at the entrance foyer selling tours etc, his price for his shuttle was the cheapest we had to the airport.

We checked in, with low expectations (due to the decent price). We were surprised to find huge king size bed, extremely clean room AND bathroom. The hotel's location is exactly in the city centre, which makes food hunting extremely easy.
Overall, the hotel is worth your money! A must-stay hotel.

Hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Low Yat Plaza, Bukit Bintang. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds. Room was spacious and clean with quite nice interior design. Standard facilities. Bathroom is spacious too. Place is near to the bustling Low Yat building but is surprisingly quiet. Make this your choice if you wan an average budget hotel with standard facilities to sleep and relax. Had not tried the food or if car parking area here so no comment on this.

I enjoy staying here.. though it is located in Bukit Bintang area, the hotel is quite peaceful from all those morning traffic noisiness. However there's a problem with the toilet, since I was traveling with friends and shared the room with them, it's very uncomfortable to use the toilet that is not fully closed thus we always use the toilet at the lobby.

Room Tip: The room is fully booked. Make sure you choose the right one to avoid changes of unavailability of t...

* The location of the hotel was actually very good, but the problem was that it was quite new and no one (even local and cops) didn't even know about this. It was just fortunate that found someone who knows about it.
HINT: Google maps gives a better picture of the actual hotel. Website location was a little bit confusing. If unsure, ask the local for "The royale bintang hotel" instead. Sky hotel is literally about 50m away. Shouldn't miss it.

* Staff were a bit slow, but friendly and helpful. NO issues here * Location was very good. 5 mins walk is the main tourist strip and 10 mins to shopping centres.

* Didn't get the breakfast package, but well priced for hotel and looks decent.

* The room i got was good, and clean but again, overheard from some customer that their room had a bit of 'smell' so not exactly sure there.

* Overall, would stay there again for sure, if can get the same room again and similar price :)

Room Tip: Book for a higher room (top floor = level 5) if possible. Got this from some reviewer and it helped.

Found this hotel while doing my usual hotel browsing. Nothing come true until I see it with my own eyes, they have super king size bed in their rooms! I've stay here twice and yes I will definitely come back.

This could be the very first 3 stars hotel that I would stay for 2nd time, though there's security issues (night club below hotel and lift with not security). We paid very attractive rates for our first stay there. There's actually nothing to complain about the rooms as you're paying such a affordable rate. Only that they could have better bedding for their pillows. I'm sure the hotel afford to get better pillow options. :)

Hope to come here again with better pillows.

Good location but sorry to see bad maintenance. I stayed in this hotel early this year and found this a little gem in the city. Had problem with the air-conditioner but the ex-manager arranged for us to change room immediately after the complaint reached him the next morning. The present condition is too bad for a new budget hotel with excellent location. Having problem with the lock during my 2 nights stay recently. Nothing was done and we had to walk up and down before we could enter our room. The worst was we couldn't enter the room to pick up our bags for checkout. No one assisted us until an Indian security guard came to our rescue. Although he couldn't open the door but he spent his time calling for assistance. The Manager was having her breakfast in the cafe. Not too sure whether she was not interested to know more about the hassle or she was too busy with her breakfast.
