very old hotel with dark corridors and old looking front desk, old rooms, not a pleasant place for sleep after wondering round in KL. This is a good place only if you want to spend your night after shopping without taking monorail to go to your hotel. It is in the middle of the shopping area. I will not recommend it for a leisure trip.

After booking this hotel for 4 nights for myself and 2 friends, I read the reviews on Tripadvisor and thought I may have made a mistake. However, on arrival we were pleasently suprised. The lobby is ok, and the staff very friendly. The rooms were reasonably large, and spotlessly clean. Agreed, the area around the hotel has a large number of massage parlours offering a range of services, but we found that a polite no thank you was enough for them to stop hassling you. Its a great location for shopping and only a 5 minute walk to the monorail. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel in a lively location, this is ok.

We are totally NOT recommending this hotel especially for family with kids, within this area got many other budget hotel and guesthouse are more better then is hotel.

Dec 2011 booked & confirmed a triple room for 2 nights stays directly from hotel website. According to the photos of the building, lobby, room & location I think the hotel’s environment, hardware and service should be good. We booked here is because it located at Bukit Bintang very near Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Low Yat Plaza and Pavilion and because the price for Triple room within our budget.

However when we reached the hotel the lobby look very old fashion then when we do check-in, the hotel receptionist just told us the triple room was full and she offered us a double deluxe room plus one addition bed. We are tire looking for new hotel and because we have paid the deposit at the time we book the room online so we take the offer and the receptionist give us the room key, it is not card key is real mental key.

Once we step in the room we felt like we back to 15/20 year ago….. The room decoration very old it looks used quite a long time and smell. The air-conditioner is old window style with yellow stain on it & bathroom also same very old. The room space not much after placed a folding bed. The room not very cleans but the cleanliness of bathroom still acceptable. Our room is with window but outside windowsill it got a lot of cigarette dust stain, wasted facial tissue paper and rubbishes.

Sound proof for room between rooms is very poor because the interval is not use concrete wall it is partition board. Another one is when night fall the downstairs of hotel’s main entrance will stand some ladies who wear sexy and flirtatious then you will know who are they and they are looking for their business there.

Room Tip: We are totally NOT recommending this hotel especially for family with kids.

Very convenient location of course, right at the center of everything but the place is just pack with prostitutes and unknown people pulling you to try this and that. Unfriendly staff at the reception counter, disgusting dirty small rooms with bad lighting, musky smells everywhere and it looks more like a place for those prostitute to run their business than for leisure or business stay. Cant think of any reason to stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: Do not pick this hotel. trust me.

I was convinced to book this hotel for my family KL trip recently. The website is okay. The reviews in several review sites look okay. The pictures showed me what I expect from a 3-star hotel. But in reality, the hotel was really old and not maintained well. The lift is very small with capacity of 6 person only, and only 1 of it so several times we waited quite long. The floor in the hall is bad with stains and they even place broken furniture in the hall, which really is not neat at all.The room is in poor condition with old furniture. Good thing the air conditioning works fine. The bathroom is also old with stained bathtub. All of these experiences were not worth the money we had to pay for the rooms.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location, which is in Jalan Bukit Bintang, nearby malls, shopping centers, restaurants, KL city experience is all nearby.

Made the mistake of booking this as a result of an internet search, rather than checking Tripadvisor. Reception staff had no record of our booking, luckily I had a printout with me. Bathroom not clean, no hot water, and walls in the room were very grubby. The photos, while not deceptive, don't show the grime either! Quite a bit of noise from a nearby club during the night, but that didn't bother us. Location good, near Sungei Wang, monorail and a few decent cafes/restaurants (although wouldn't stay in Bukit Bintang next time - we also encountered some taxi drivers that don't want to go to that area). As other reviewers have said, there are better alternatives in the same price range.

The front desk staff didn't allow us to check in early even when there were rooms available. We arrived 6a.m and lied to us that rooms will be available by 9a.m since no one has checked out yet. His shift ended at around 8 and a lady replaced him. When we approached the lady that we will just leave our luggage so we can eat breakfast somewhere outside, she said there were actually 2 rooms available but not on the same floor! The other staff lied to us then. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours! Poor service. There was no hot/cold shower as well.
