Stayed there in Sept 2006
The hotel was just alright , nothing big nothing fancy
Was a bit away from the golden triangle / bukit bintag.

Pizza hut and mc donald was just across the street
and twin tower was 10 mins walk.

book a doulbe bed , but was given a twin bed.
No complaints, but may no stay there again.

lovely hotel located close to the twin towers.and the night view of the twin towers and also the city is absolutely breath-taking. rooms are nice, clean and well decorated.Breakfast is good with a wide range of food to select from.underground has a big market which we discovered just before the day of leaving.Mcdonalds is quite nearby.so is the MRT station.so overall is nice place to stay, but a bit costly.

I've visited 2 times, and have had a 80% good experience both times.
Either it’s great, or you get something that happen that completely throws you off, like a manager talking back to you, or seeing a spider in the room. 
Other than that (which I don’t think those are common happening), I think it’s a pretty decent place for the money.

We stayed at the Crown Princess in 2009 beautiful hotel, wonderful room on the 28th floor, fantastic views. Food was awful couldn't find anything I liked, maybe I am too fussy! Did not feel safe waliking around the streets. So different from across the boarder in Singapore. Visit the Twin Towers excellent. Life is so different here, came across as you are either rich or poor!

The Crown Princess Kuala Lumpur is a plush contemporary hotel with all the amenities of a 5 star property. The first few floors of this building is occupied by a shopping mall. The reception is located on the ground floor and the hotel rooms start a few floors above.

The hotel is ideally located at City-Square Centre, close to the high commission offices. There is an overhead bridge that connects the building to the shopping arcade across the road. It is also within walking distance to the Petronas Towers. The Putraline LRT station is just across the street from the hotel. Taxis are also easily avilable right at the entrance of the hotel.

The deluxe double room I stayed in was impressively huge & the bathroom was propotionally big. The room had huge celing to floor glass windows that captured the buzz of the city down below.

The breakfast buffet had a good range of american and asian choices. The cafe was in the mornings normally crowded with families with kids. Thought slightly understaffed, the staff in the cafe were seen to make the best effort to meet the demands of the morning crowd.

Pros: All of the above.

Cons: The service let me down once in a while by unfriendly & ill mannered staff. The kids screaming & running around can sometimes be a hazzle while getting the buffet in the middle of rushing to a morning meeting, which is expected of a large city hotel.

I stayed here for a few days with my kid. The staff wasn't friendly. The room was nice though. The food was okay. I like the small gift shop they have across the reception desk. I bough some chinese jasmine tea. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

First impression was not that great for us. The room was very spacious but we felt it was lacking in terms of comfortableness. The view from the room was very nice for us but we were not 100 percent satisfied.
Friendly staff with good breakfast.
