The entire staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the location also great. Highly recommend this hotel. A fabulous place to stay in a lovely and charming country.

I booked this room months in advance not knowing that they dont provide room service which was a bummer but that was my mistake. the rooms are really nice, as were the staff, and the pool and gym equipment are new. I would stay here again if i could afford it.

Huge rooms with giant bathrooms and state of the art kitchens. You think thats enough for a pleasant stay? well there is more, a giant gym, sauna, steam room roof top pool and 3 restaurants in the building.

Very happy stay for sure.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Great room amenities. Very clean room, free soft and sports drinks (4 cans) inside room. Free bottles of water, free cable internet, free Wifi at lobby. Swimming pool at 18/F.

Great location, opposite Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant (Chinese), heaps of pubs, a 7-11 just across the street. 5 mins to KLCC shopping mall. 5 mins to A/C walkway to Pavillion, Low Yat Plaza (IT shops), ... 10 mins from Monorail Raja Chalun.

Use the lifts in the Tower 2 for faster service. Reception on 2/F.

We loved the executive suite at first sight, thus, were we prepared to fully enjoy our stay at Fraser Place. However, we were disappointed with the bad service we got. It all started when the food we brought with us went missing the following day after we checked in. We reported the matter to the concierge and were told that the duty manager will go up to our room to talk to us. Thirty minutes had passed and after several follow-up calls, all we got was a reply that the manager was already on her way. We were on the fourteenth floor so i asked whether the manager is taking the stairs to reach us. Finally, because the night was coming to a close, my husband decided to go down and fetch the manager himself. She promised to give us a follow-up report but until the day we checked out, no such thing was given. The following day, the housekeeping manager was kind enough to talk to us, appeasing us although categorically stating that the roomboy who cleaned our room denied having taken anything from our room. She then gave us a food basket - some cookies and noodles to replace the food which according to her must have been "cleared out" by the housekeeping staff. We cannot buy the idea that unopened cups of noodles and almost full packs of pretzels and cookies could be mistaken as trash considering that they were placed on top of the kitchen counter. While we appreciate her gesture of goodwill, we feel that the real issue here is not about the food because we can always replace it. The real issue is about trust, and sad to say, trust cannot be bought. It is earned, and once it's gone, it's hard to regain it.
