I feel that this is the place to be if you want a good pavlova cake. They have others too such as tiramisu and carrot cake but their pavlova is by far my favourite. Price is slightly higher compared to other cake shops but pavlova places are hard to come by.

I was there a few times, most of the time is weekdays which is a good place to have a relaxing drink. However when I went there during one of the weekend, it turns out to be super crowded with everyone talking so loud and it's too noisy and uncomfortable. The service is lousy with no one to serve us when we want to make an order. What a disappointment.

The restaurant has been around since the mid 1990s and a favourite hangout for many a KLite, best known for its simple but tasty selection of local and western dishes. The Sarawak Laksa is a long standing classic and not to be missed. This still remains the case.
However one of the best evenings one can spend in KL is attending the musical jam session on the first Monday of very month, in the bar upstairs. The music is always good and put together by anyone willing to go on stage to jam. This is where budding young musicians come to display their skill and show off their talent. There tends to be a core group made up of itinerant members of professional bands who have come to hear of the lively and friendly atmosphere there. It is normally packed by 9:30 so make a reservation or go early. It is the perfect adjunct after a good meal downstairs.

the one in bangsar shopping centre is very nice and relaxed and is great for a brunch or dinner. their choc brownies and black and white chocolate cake are out of this world but the pavlova is average. Another dissapointment is that they charge 9 ringgit for a sprite or coke -expensive!
