Wanted a light dinner and went with recommendation on TripAdvisor and Fodors. Service was warm and efficient and the complete menu was in English. All of the dishes had that unique Nagasaki/Chinese blend of Chinese dishes with local touches. The spring rolls were lovely and delicate. The spicy chicken was very nicely prepared but certainly not spicy by normal Chinese standards. The stir fried noodles with vegetables was very mild and beautifully prepared. The proprietors are most charming. In my opinion this restaurant offers a unique glimpse into the past of Nagasaki.
