We stayed at the ANA Crowne Plaza and our only complaint about the hotel was the dining. We had by far out worst dining experience in Japan at the hotel restaurant Café in the Park. With only 4 other customers in the restaurant it took an hour for our appetizer of spring rolls to arrive, when they finally did, they were thrown on the table at the same time as the main course- which we sent back to keep warm. And while it was 3 hours until the restaurant was to close, the servers bustled about resetting for breakfast while clanging silverware and slamming plates noisily on the tables. Drinks were not offered or filled and the food quality was mediocre at best. I would certainly avoid this restaurant in the future and dine elsewhere!
