I was invited by a Japanese Business Partner. Otherwise I most likely would have not found this restaurant. The entrance shows an aquarium displaying the fugu (blowfishes). The Restaurant is specialized and only serves fugu in different varieties. The fugu first came in two different ways of sashimi. Then a grilled version and the hot pot (Shabu-Shabu) was served. All dishes were of perfect taste and presentation. A special was the grilled fugu tail in a hot sake, lighted up by fire to kill the alcohol of the sake. By doing this the flavour of the fugu tail went into the sake. Overall, a perfect dinner and the respect of this special, poisoness fish still remains.
