We stayed for 4 nights had a bit of trouble at first finding this hotel. Guess we walked out the wrong gate and it was all downhill from there. If you can find yourself exiting at the Central Shinkansen exit, you shouldn't have a problem finding it.
A hotel right above the JR station and a short walk from the Subway, guess you can't complain about the location.
The hallways could be a little bit eerie if you're afraid of dark hallways but it had a cool modern feel to it.
Rooms are absolutely tiny as everyone has pointed out. You could never leave your suitcase open and walk around comfortably at the same time. Bed always seemed nice and clean everyday. The pillows could be much better. I enjoyed the rain shower head. Fridge was tiny and not cold. Not sure if they offered free water bottles or we got charged for those afterwards but there were always water bottles in the cupboard.
Would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.More
