Staff was friendly. Location was great. Price was reasonable, but now i'm wishing I spent a little bit more. An extra $20 or $30 dollars p/night would have done the trick. Anywhere is a good location in huge cities like Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya, Sapporo. Go for comfort and convenience.
Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. No wi-fi option. Definately need to find a hotel with wi-fi if you're a foreigner. Small rooms are normal, but this was out of date and worn down.
Staff were nice. The hotel just needs a remodel.

Room Tip: keep searching for a better hotel.

Arrived on the first day and ended up in a smoking room.(I did not requested for non-smoking room)It was just unbearable for a non-smoker like me. I asked for change of room and was given the change on the next day as they were full for the first day. They offfered to set up a air fresher for me. The second room was quite a nice room.
