The hotel complex has many different businesses inside, with lots of people moving through. It can be hard to find the lobby and restaurant, so be patient. But the cylindrical design means you'll pass everything if you keep walking the circle. It also offers some nice views of Osaka's urban canyons. The rooms and hallways are quite tiny, though. But they're spotless and the beds are comfortable.
Central location - steps away from the giant department stores and plenty of places to eat. Note that some of the area around the hotel caters heavily to businessmen, so some places are very expensive and very male. Staff is helpful in steering you in the right direction.
