Good facilities, nice selection of restaurants in the hotel. Mall across the street is a bit low-end (think Caldors or Xenos or Aldi or Kohl's, but even cheaper and drabber). Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but very easy to get into center of city in 15-20 minutes by metro. Rooms are spacious and in decent condition, although the carpeting was showing age. Nice view from the lounge on the 28th floor. A fairly typical 4 star business hotel (but certainly not a 5 star), but with the added attention to detail that you always find in Japan.

I have spent 4 nights in this hotel in connection with a series of meetings held in the conference center.

Although the value for money was very good with the conference discount code, I would not recommend organizing a conference there as the WiFi was continuously collapsing. Basically no one could connect from the meeting rooms and the hotel has not been able to solve the issue that has lasted 3 days.

I have also had a concern with the room lock that never worked. It took me too many moves to the reception and a loud complaint before they tried to find an acceptable solution. Finally they moved me to another room; I do not like to switch rooms but they upgraded me and expressed apologies.

My business mate reserved it for me. The price was very attractive, and the hotel is luxury. Service is very good. Housekeeping is great as well. Breakfast is very rich. They gave 50% discount on room service food ( I didn't try it though...). The room is big, with all the facilities needed. Good for business and leisure.
Regarding the location: right near the harbor. A bit far from downtown.

I love this hotel. Maybe its because this was my first international business trip where all expenses were paid and exposure to fine hotels and fancy bathrooms. After covering the 1995 Kobe earthquake, I brought my wife back here in 2000 and then again last week. The decor and room has not changed a bit. Everything looks still new and kept up very well. I love the Japaense wall art and robes. It's not as fancy as I remembered it, but I've been spoiled by properties all over the world.

I like this hotel because I feel like its a safe home base in a very foreign country. Many of the airline crews stay here so it's nice to see some similar faces while in Japan. It is far from the city center. This time the distance did effect us as we were going to go suveniour shopping the last day before our flight, but with an hour each way to the Japanese dish stores, we could not fit it in. It's a pain at the end of the day to take another 30 minutes to get back from the Shinkansen too. But it is a nice break from the hectic pace of the city. Its a good value. The large mall across the street is slow and quiet. Lots of cheaper restaurants to choose from.

The one thing I had counted on and was very disappointed about was the discontinuation of the free tea/coffee and juice morning service. It was a nice touch and last stay we used it as breakfast with pastries bought the night before. It was fancy presentation of morning tea. Now they have gone from all that, to instant coffee. At least replace the service with a mini coffee maker in the room but not instant coffee. Even a holiday inn has coffee maker in the room.

Very nice hotel just the outside pool is closed because of the winter season while it is still 28-30 degrees the whole week...The rest no complains but a hotel with this standards shouldn't close a pool with amazing weather like this.

Great service, nice hotel, location is not very central however access to central Osaka is a 15 minute metro ride away. Nice view of the harbor with ships coming and going; it is an easy 30 minute limo bus ride to the airport, just be ware that the limo buses stop running around 900pm.

Excellent hotel with everything you pretty much need. Staff all are proficient in speaking English. Size of room is a standard western size (Big for Japan). I booked a non-smoking room with the biggest bed they had and surprise no smoke smell (some of the other business hotels will have smoke smell in all their rooms). Western style bath with shower head. Heated toilet seat with special washing feature. They have a remote next to the bed. It controls the lights andopen and close either the sheer or black out curtains. Refrigerator filled with snacks, drinks, and mini bar if you are too lazy to walk to the convenient store. This hotel is located in a business district of Osaka. There is two convenient stores located within walking distance (Lawson station and 7-11). Train station is about 10 minute walk from hotel or you can take the free shuttle to Osaka station.
