Of all the hotesl we have experienced in Japan, we would say this is the least satisfactory. The only upside to this hotel is that it is attached to the train station, hence apart from location wise, there is really nothing to shout about. The lobby area is all nice, clean pretty and grand, but not the rooms.
The room we had was old, most of the fittings are discolored, it gives you a 1980's feel to it. Cleanliness is just at the so-so acceptable level.
Placed a booking requesting for a non-smoking room way in advance, was given a smoking room on the basis that non-smoking room is fully taken, for real or just a reason, we dont know. Hence, the room irks an unpleasant air to it.
Wouldnt recommend this place unless you want a hotel that is attached to a train station. You are just paying for the location, nothing else.More
