Stayed here 3 nights straight. It was my first time to Osaka and I found this place to be a great starting point to explore the city.
Connects directly to the Shinsaibashi Subway station (it's literally beneath), walking distance to possibly the most 'happening' street in Osaka where it's filled with food, shops and literally streets and streets of entertainment.
Room was large by Japanese standards and super clean. No smoke smell for me (requested for a non-smoking floor).
Highly recommended! Oh, the buffet breakfast is pretty good too - just that it's exactly the same everyday so I'd give it a day or two and eat out after.
