Absinthe Solaar has a great mix of mediterranean fusion food, The dishes looked and tasted wonderful I think the best was the Falafel it is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas and the Greek Moussaka made by layering eggplant with a spiced meat filling and topping it off with a delicious creamy bechamel sauce which is baked it was so nice. The service is impeccable and the staff are friendly. There are also some tabel,s outside where you can have a drink and chill out
