It is right across the Namba Station, surrounded by little eateries, shopping, interesting alleys and markets. The hotel itself is a service apartment. Rooms are extremely comfortable but a tad tiny. Lots of storage space but no sofa to lounge in. The bed is it. Clean, bright and very pleasant. Breakfast is complimentary but nothing worth talking about.

Room Tip: For families traveling with children, 2BR units are available.

We booked the 1 Bedroom Deluxe. We were on the 19th floor away from the lift and not facing the railway line.
The room was superb, spacious and contained everything you wanted.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the whole room was superb.
Staff were great and very helpful.
We highly recomend this hotel and its staff. This was best aprtment we stayed in on our holiday throughout Japan.
Breakfast was very average, maybe you may want to find somewhere else - it was included in the room rate or you could just preapre your own in the great kitchen.

Stayed at the Fraser for 2 nights while in Osaka and it is definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. It is conveniently located a block away from the Namba Station. There is an express train that takes you to and from the hotel from the airport (about 5 stops/40 minutes away). We booked a 1 bedroom executive suite whch came with a laundry machine/built in dryer, fully equiped kitchen, living area, bedroom with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. Cable with english channels are available. Everything about the hotel is very clean and modern! The facility provides a basic breakfast in the morning and there is also a gym and sauna available for guests to use. Plenty of shopping malls and restaurants in the area; all within 10 minutes walking distance away (Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi 15 minutes away). The staff that work the front desk are very helpful and proficient in english. Fraser Residence definitely deserves the #1 hotel slot for Osaka. Would stay here again if I ever come back to visit. For some quick grub try the restaurant "Ippudo" located across the street; delicious ramen!

Room Tip: The 1 bedroom executive suites are worth the extra money!

We stayed in Fraser Residence from April 5-12. This was our second time staying at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting to Osaka.

All rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen, washing machine and as with most Japanese hotels, sleeping clothes. We stayed in a Studio Premiere rooms so our room included a gourmet coffee maker.

The hotel is very convenient as it is just across Namba station, with lots of food and shopping choices around. It is about a 15 minute walk to Doutombori and Shinsai-bashi. Going to and from the airport is also very easy as the Airport Express train goes direct from Namba station.

Lots of good restaurants inside the malls that surround the area such as Namba Parks, Namba City and Takashimaya, but for late night munchies, I would suggest Ippudo right across the hotel. For the less adventurous, there is also a McDonald's across the street.

Very safe area, as with most of Osaka, I think, so taking kids and family is very practical. Definitely will keep coming back to this hotel every time I go to Osaka.

We opted for a 1 bedroom apartment with King bed and stayed a total of 3 nights over 4 days. The hotel held our luggage while we explored Koyasan for an overnight trip.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, quite large for hotels in Japan! The adjoining breakfast shop was OK with quick service.

We booked about a month in advance and scored a great non-refundable rate.
The location was super, right near the Nankai train station. Highly recommend this place!
