We stay 2 nights in this hotel. The great things is the location. Subway station is just a few walks away. There is 711 in front of the hotel. Room is very small. They should benchmark to Best Western Hotel in Kyoto. Bathroom is clean and tidy while it's also very small. Price is also very reasonable. It's only less than USD 90 per night.

At Y7000, this place is a steal! Sure the rooms are small --- space is a luxury in Japan. Its new and the room and bathroom are squeaky clean. It is accessible from several subway stops so it is easy to get around. And the staff are very helpful!

Just stay for 3 nights at early December. Booked one twin and one double room. The location for this Hotel is good with many subway within 50~800M walking distance. Also, many restaurants at Cystal Mall ( B1 shopping mall that connect to Shinsaibashi station). Room price is fair and whole hotel is very clean. Wifi and shower room is OK
Only con is the room is very small and not suitable for family of three or four ( unless is a below 2 years child). Enough baggage space for one big baggage and one very small baggage only. For double room, not even an area for you to put your shirts and pants Is would be good if all the room instruction do have some English Instructions( Since is part of BW chain). My recommendation that the hotel should have a water dispenser and mirco wave oven for hotel guests.

The fact that it is very affordable, the room and service is relatively excellent. Room is clean so is the bathroom. Service is friendly and helpful from the lobby. 7 Eleven is directly opposite the hotel.

Please be reminded that hotel is not located along the Main Street, but one row behind the Main Street. Not difficult to find though. Train station/ subway is 2 mins away. Well, less that that really. But if you are traveling through subway with your luggage, you will be grateful to carry a light one. It's a two flight of staircases.

Getting to airport ( kansai), if with a heavy luggage, try taking taxi from hotel to Namba train station. Cost you about ¥ 1220 if the traffic is smooth. Then take Namba express train bound for airport. Hotel reception is happy to help you book a taxi in advance.

Shinsaibashi is one station away. Great shopping district with variety of Japanese goods and food.

Look for a staircase down to 'Crystal walk'. It is an underground walkway with restaurant and shops linked to Shinsaibashi. Saved you train fare to there even.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The highlight for this hotel was definitely the location. The hotel is located just 2minutes walk from Nagahoribashi Train station. Really easy to find the hotel - Take the 5A exit, Make a left turn you should see 7-eleven outlet. There are 2 entrances for 7-eleven, Walk into 7-eleven outlet and exit from the other door, you should see the hotel. There are also many dining options around the hotel. You can even walk all the way to Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori Area, which is about 15 to 20 minutes away. If you have the stamina, you can even walk to Namba City Station!

Check in and out was really fast, but Staff were not friendly or helpful. I stayed at another hotel while in Osaka and can really tell a vast difference between the standards for cleanliness and the staff helpfulness.

Rooms were also smaller than the other hotel, but that was okay for me. The rooms were not very clean – you can see accumulated dust at the edges of the floor, and on the ceiling vents in the bathroom. Air conditioning becomes a heater during autumn and winter season, so it can be a little suffocating if you don’t open the windows. The hotel is located very near the main road, so it can be really noisy. Light sleepers who open the window like me, might not fancy this.

The worst experience was, on the last night…. There was construction happening near the hotel and we heard drilling works at 2AM, which continued through the night.. As you can expect, we didn’t manage to sleep before our flight the next morning, as a result!

Good location. Near to train station and shopping street (5 to 10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori districts). Clean although small room, comfortable bed and shower. 7 Eleven in front of the hotel is convenient if you need to buy food and drinks at night. Helpful staff and free wifi. Will definitely stay here if I would visit Osaka again.
