Great place to try the variety of Takoyakis. There was a stall which specialised in no sauce takoyaki which they were proud of, and another was the famous Kururu. The takoyaki here tasted much better than those that we ate at Dotonbori (same Kururu). Ordering are done through the ticketing machine too.
if you go to universal studio, you will see this place. visit this place after getting tired playing at USJ. there was a lot of choice takoyaki (like food court). takoyaki osaka is the best ! and there was a shop that sell merchandise and snack. worth to buy
No more Takoyaki Museum, it is now Takoyaki park with only some famous stalls selling Takoyaki food.
This was a little bit difficult to get to, you have to go up a set of escalators and then walk to the back where you will find the 'museum'. As many people have stated it's not actually a museum but a fun collection of all the different Takoyaki you can get in Japan.
Most of the Takoyaki are similar so I would recommend going to one and getting a few different flavours to try.
I thought it was really cute that they had a takoyaki themed gift shop!
Located in Universal Walk near Universal Studios Japan. Contrary to the name, this is not a museum, but a collection of a few takoyaki restaurants and a snack shop. The takoyaki is pretty good though.
This is not a museum, it's just 4-5 Takoyaki store in a small corner of a mall. You can find pretty much all of these in Dotonburi shopping area.
If you're an unlucky travel who saw this post after arriving at the self-proclaimed museum, I recommend you to walk to the nearby Universal Studio. If it's already a bit late in the afternoon, you can purchase a twilight ticket at a discount rate.
