Near a subway station, clean room, a breakfast that's enough to start the day. Very welcoming staff at the front desk though English is quite hard which is fine. they give you option to have late check out just for a couple of dollars. For those who will be staying here, if coming from Subway - Awaza station, look for Exit 9. It's just a couple of minutes walk from there (plus you'll see a billboard too in the building infront). Will stay here again.

This hotel has a great onsen on site. It is well maintained and sufficient for use. We find it is a good way to relax after a long day of walk. It is a "must try" if you go to this hotel.

Other than the onsen, the hotel is clean. Service is good. The reception's English is not the best I saw in Japan but they are willing to help out.

Room is pretty small. But I don't care as I only need a good night of sleep. The hotel is in a quiet corner. Therefore, I never have a problem with this.

Honestly, the hotel is not "super" accessible from the subway as you need to walk for about ten minutes from the Awaza station. There is a trick to save a few steps. Awaza station is at the intersection of Sennichimae Line and Chuo Line. Please plan your subway trips to use Sennichiae Line as much as possible because it is closer to the hotel. You will find this tip useful when you are travelling with luggage or your shopping bags to the hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location with good subway connections to Namba, Hommachi and the Kyocera Dome.

The onsen is great, though they are strict about tattoos, which can be a problem for European visitors.

The rooms were of average size for a Japanese hotel room, though the lack of wardrobe (when the rooms are generally so small you cannot leave a suitcase lying on the ground and still walk) makes this a bit of a hassle if you stay longer. The rooms were clean and there was a water heater that boiled hot enough for coffee, which I appreciated.

The hotel's eco policy means that you are expected to be out of your hotel room between 10:00 and 15:00 (the hotel basically tries to 'encourage' you to skip cleaning service) if you want your room cleaned, which I found unnecessarily strict and inflexible, but on the other hand if you skip the cleaning, you still get fresh towels and replacement tea and so on. Some of the English signage is similarly brusque, which I found unusual in a Japanese hotel, but in terms of the actual stay, everything was fine.

The hotel staff were not helpful with Takkyubin, referring us to the 7 Eleven around the corner instead, but on the other hand very helpful with finding us a dinner reservation for 12 people.

Hotel is not in city centre by a stone's throw from the subway that takes you anywhere you want to go. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well. Staff super helpful and professional. Pillows selection was a nice touch (choose your pillow as you come in). At check in I was given a little packet of soaps and treatments for each night of my stay. We never availed of the spa so I cannot comment but people seemed to be coming and going with heir robes and enjoying themselves. Food at resturant was good and affordable. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from as well. Would definately stay here again.

Staying here is a great introduction to japan - as everyone points out the rooms are really small (I had a single and once I'd put my bag on the luggage holder there was hardly room to turn around, and the raised small bathroom (I still bear the bruises from hitting my feet numerous times against the door frame) isn't ideal)…but, you aren't going to spend long in the room, so as a place to stay and sleep it works because the staff (in spite of their lack of english) are friendly and helpful, it is just a few minutes walk from Awaza underground station, and you can catch the bus from straight outside to the aquarium. The restaurant is nothing to write home about and I only ate breakfast in there on the first morning. But the having the Onsen in the basement is fantastic - it was rarely busy the whole time I was there, and once you've sorted out the etiquette of it all, after a long day of walking around Osaka, being able to come back for a soak and relax was just the best thing ever - this combined with the good value rates make this somewhere to recommend, just be prepared for a few bruises from the room...

Make sure your cab driver takes you to the correct Super Hotel!! We had to walk 8 blocks to this one from the other (more) budget sister hotel. As others have said the rooms are super tiny. The raised attached bathroom (though a plus factor) was to my mind, somewhat dangerous for older people. The onsen could do with a make-over. Staff however, are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and suppers were good.

For the value, this place was great. 7 mins away from the metro. minutes from the "Osaka fish market". The room was super small, but it was clean and comfortable. I didn't get to try the hot springs as my bf has tatts, and they are pretty strict with it.

Taxi driver doesn't know where this hotel was, so there was a little bump getting to the hotel. Other than that, for the price, this place was a gem!
