The hotel room and bathroom was small, but had everything you need. Great neighbourhood as there were lots of small, interesting shops and restaurants all over. Near the main shopping district too, about 2 mins.
You can walk to Dotonbori at night, where there are lots of bars, clubs, restaurants, takoyaki, yakitori, and okonomiyaki places. Shinsaibashi itself is a fashionable, trendy area, so the neighbourhood is great.
It's also really near the Shinsaibashi station of the Red Midosuji Line. Which is just one stop away from the central Namba station. And connects straight to Umeda station.
The restaurant Planet 3rd in the lobby that serves breakfast had overpriced coffee, but you can easily walk to convenience stores nearby. It's also very near Pablo, the famous cheese tart place of Osaka.
