Hotel had quite nice rooms and staff were very friendly but had trouble finding hotel. It seems to have two entrances one near the neon signs and the other in the alley. When i asked for directions many people said 'dame gaijin'. Apparently this hotel is a love hotel and at the alley entrance charges by the hour.

Appart from the unpleastness trying to find the place and checking in was a very good hotel

Staff is very friendly and English help is good enough. Hotel is newly innovated, so very clean and nice. Little tiny room like all Japan budget hotels. Good choice for budget traveler. Good location for travel around since it's few minutes walking to JR Osaka or other subway lines. Hotel is not obvious to be found from the main street. The only cons is that it has hourly charged plan, so when I was trying to find the hotel and asked around, got some odd response of why I was going to stay in that hotel. If you don't mind that, it should be a good choice.

Very inexpensive room that is clean and within walking distance of everything in Downtown Osaka's "fun" district.
Highly recommend this hotel

I have actually stayed at this hotel three times over the last 2 years or so. This was my first time since the recent renovation and the place looks great - rooms are looking modern and sleek. This hotel is a great value - it is clean, has professional staff (English spoken is good, not great), and it is right near Umeda station for those who plan to travel throughout the region. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Only potential drawback is that it is located in a shopping arcade near the station - typical for the area but not deluxe surroundings. The area is busy but the hotel is quiet. The hotel is perfect for budget travelers and those who want quick access to traveling in Osaka/surroundings. Oh and complimentary internet access in the lobby, and hotel stored my bag for me when I had a late flight!
