Decided to go to this tofu restaurant after reading the review on TA and close to where we are staying. My husband is allergic to fish so dashi with bonito (katsuo) is an issue. The chef made the dashi from kombu especially so all good. The tofu dishes were all excellent perhaps my favorite was tofu skin stuffed with vegetable.
A truly Japanese experience in our own private room. The best of Japanese cuisine. Dinner menu is set and fixed price, comfortably full at the end.
