I had the pleasure of dining at Tempra Matsu last evening. The food was the best Japanese food my husband and I ever ate! I am a vegetarian (no fish) and the staff were attentive to the special needs and tailored the tasting menu to address. The presentation of each course was beautiful. The Chef trained under Takashi (Top Chef, Takashi in Buckhead) and in France and it shows! If you are in Kyoto you must find this restaurant!
