We enjoyed this restaurant, located in e B2 level of the very niceHotel Okura. Don't expect a view! The soba was excellent, good tempura, a very nice set of various things. I went back for lunch one day and had soba with grated mountain yam and raw quail egg. Not for those who dislike the mucilaginous texture of some foods, but delicious for an adventurous eater. The first meal, soba in a soup with crisp and light tempura, is not challenging or weird. The servers are young, very Pleasant, and do not speak much English.
